When I started looking for a place to board my dogs this place seemed to have the best price. What they dont tell you is that they charge you per calendar day and not per night. My dogs were there for 5 nights and they charged me for 6 days (minus a $10 discount) even though I was there at 8:59am (a minute before they say they open) to pick up my dogs. When I asked why I was charge, they said because their technician had already been there to let them out. I just dont get why I had to be charged for a whole day for both dogs when they werent even there for half the day. Or they should offer an earlier time to come pick them up before their technician arrives because I could have been there at 7am if I needed to. I am giving them 3 stars because besides this, my dogs seemed to be ok when I got them back. I just feel that they need to be upfront with their customers about how they charge because no one their told me I would be charged for that day even if I picked them up first thing when they open.

I really love this vet. We moved to the area recently and were looking around and heard great things. All seem to be true. I love that they do not force you to see the actual vet each time, like our old vet office. It really saved on costs when all I needed was my puppys vaccinations administered and the vet tech did it, in and out and without the expensive vet visit. Im not stingy with my pet care or anything, but I also think its ridiculous when they want you to see the vet each time you go in at other places. Front desk made everything easy for us during the transition, too. Definitely recommend!

Horrible, and it was just a phone call! Im calling around to find out how to go about having my senior, crippled dog put to sleep and they want to do an exam and blood work first, talk about money hungry and making me feel like Im not doing everything in my power as it is. Very disappointed, will never have anything to do with these people again.

Dr. Ferguson is awesome, as is the rest of the staff. We have 4 large dogs. I can always get the appointment time I need. The staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. I highly recommend this clinic. Considering other clinics in the area, they are very reasonably priced as well.

I have been going here for over 10 years and the entire staff is wonderful from the front desk, to the assistants to the doctors. They truly care about my dog and cat. Couldnt have found a better vet.

Dr. Henderson was awesome! The staff was fantastic! She actually took the time to talk to me and pet my dog.... This is definitely my new veterinary office! Love it there! Very pleased!
