In our view, Gretchen and Stacey are lovely, wise, and wondrous vets -- a fine and caring team of two strong and knowledgeable women and with a staff who complement them personally and competently. Were fortunate to have them care for our dogs with their genuine compassion and boundless knowledge. Our 2+ year old hyperkinetic Weimaranar, Gaby, has been cared for at City Pets since she was an 8 week puppy. Prior to Gaby we had Amber, a German Shorthair and first meeting Dr. Weinrick when she was the staff vet at the Human Society. We logically followed her to her new private practice with Dr. Hui. My wife and I unreservedly trust the expertise of both vets equally. Today, Gaby still figures its a treat to go to her vet caregivers, even if only rarely. Good and fair people. I hate taking my dog to the vet. I always feel rushed and never quite feel like I get my questions answered. Today I called the humane society for a recommendation, and they recommended City Pets. I got an appointment the same day I called, and the staff was awesome. They cared for my dog (who is always nervous of new people) with calmness and treats. Both Tommy and I appreciated their kindness and understanding. All questions I had were answered clearly and with kindness. I was not rushed thru the visit and enjoyed feeling cared for. Thank You City Pets, we will be back!

Amazing is an understatement. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. My dog had never been so excited while being in a vet office. The vets didnt try to push any unneeded services and the prices were very fair. I have been to many different vets in many different states and this by far was the best experience my dog and I have ever had. I would highly recommend City Pets Veterinary Clinic and I know I will not go anywhere else!

City Pets is a great place with great people. I just recently moved to Ann Arbor with a cat and dog, and they did a great, friendly exam on my cat, taking the time to talk about any and all issues. They did a dental on her including extractions of 5 teeth. She is feeling so much better and communication was super throughout the whole procedure. Thanks--they will be seeing my dog soon and we will continue to come here while we live in Ann Arbor.

Outstanding vets and staff! Both vets were educated and trained at Michigan State. Vets and staff are consistently attentive to detail and also professional, compassionate, and friendly. The staff members seem happy to be there. The office environment was shining clean and welcoming, too. I highly recommend City Pets to anyone who wants to feel confident about the care their pet(s) receive.

I was vet shopping for the perfect fit and found it here by accident from a referral. My cavalier loves this vet and their knowledge base is deep. Ive had a few minor urgent situations and they were able to accomindate our requests. The rates are fair and add-ons few. They take really good care of my fur baby and take time to educate me. I cant ask for a better vet!

Recently opened vet clinic in Ann Arbor really helped calm me down when my dog was having unexplained digestive issues. Worked him in to their schedule the same day and had lab results back and emailed to me before 8:00am the next day. Great people in a convenient location. They have training and experience with exotics too. I highly recommend them!

We drive 75 minutes to City Pets when either of our two cats needs to see a vet. Well worth the trip! Dr. Weinrick took our cat off of costly prescription drugs (prescribed to her by a local vet for constipation/supposed kidney disease) and changed her diet, and she has been doing well ever since. Entire staff is wonderful!

The best place for guinea pigs, great customer service they always call after a day or two to ask about your pet, i always take my 2 piggies here, and in case you need dental help with your guinea pig they will recommend you to another clinic because they cant do dental x-rays, but the doctors are so nice and helpful. :)

Everyone here is just lovely--so caring and professional. And the docs are really knowledgeable about rats, which is a rarity! Prices are lower than other nearby vets, while service is far superior. I have almost always been able to get an appointment on the same day I call. Every experience here has been great.

Awesome staff! Called as a new patient an hour before close with a semi-urgent matter, and despite being booked for the rest of the day, they were able to fit me in. Dr. Hui was great and made sure to take the time to answer all my questions. Will be returning for any and all future needs.

I love our vet! They are so kind and caring and always remember our other animals. When a pet has their first visit, there is a welcome note on a board in the clinic, and if a pet passes away, the staff all sign a card. I could not hope to find a better vet.
