The people here are very nice and very professional. They have no problem faxing our information to other clinics or kennels and give us options on what to vaccine, and how much. We have gotten advice on stuff from feeding to local kennels to tick treatments. They have even made our skittish and protective dog excited to go there. I will just tell a quick story - We got a 14 mo. old, 70 lb Shepherd-husky mix from a shelter, and he had some social issues mixed with some protective instincts, so I was pretty nervous taking him to the vet the first time. Kristin gave him attention and treats and got him on his best behavior, and when we went to see Dr. Darga he calmly let our dog sniff him and become comfortable, something our dog almost never does with strangers. I am telling you all this because we did go to another clinic just to kennel our dog, and when the vet burst into the room and approached our dog he made him scared and start barking, and his solution to befriend our dog was to toss treats at him then rub his head while our dog was busy chewing. This tactic did not work well for the vet or the dog. I had no idea how great the Arbor Hills clinic was until seeing some other places.

We love taking our pets here! The staff is very friendly and informative and my puppy hardly notices her shots because of all of the love, attention, and treats she gets! I love the patient portal because I can easily print out vaccine records for daycare, boarding, etc. They always bring us right into the room (no stressful waiting with scared pets). Highly recommend!!

Wonderful vets, wonderful staff. I take my cats and dog here and would never go anywhere else. You can always get an appointment when you need one and you wont have sticker shock. My dog needed a prescription and the office manager even called around to find the cheapest price for me!

Called as a new patient and staff were able to get an appointment within 30minutes of phone call. Very accommodating and extremely pleasant from the check in, the vet tech and the vet. Very reasonable prices and compassionate care.

Cant say enough good things about the Arbor Hills Animal Clinic. Dr. Darga and his empathetic staff are wonderful, especially in those difficult last days of a beloved pets life. Highly recommend Arbor Hills to all pet lovers.
