We adopted a puppy in January and took him there and they checked him out but we had to make several trips back because things they missed that we noticed afterwards like an infected gash on his chin. He was very ill by the third visit and the Doctor there gave my wife hope that they could take care of him and fix him all up. We went ahead with keeping him hospitalized. He eventually died several days later and the Doctor tells me over the phone that she knew that he wouldnt survive. So why give us hope if you knew it from the start? Well they stuck us with a very expensive bill with no concern with how we felt since they originally misdiagnosed the whole problem. Eventually we adopted a new puppy and when it came time to get him neutered, we were quoted under $200 over the phone with also the shots he needed at the time. After the surgery the price raised up to $250. I told them that is not what I was quoted but they still did not honor the price that was given to me because for some reason they didnt have a quote of this in their system. As I was in the vet trying to get this straightened out. I heard one of the assistance on the phone with a patients owner. She was discussing the details of their dog who obviously been hit by a car. She told the owner "We still have to put the stitches on.. (briefly opens the patients folder and closes it) ... somewhere and he is still has bleeding around his eye or something like that" I was amazed by how little effort the assistant tried do her job. I need a vet, not a building full of recklessness and guesswork. Edit- they also forgot to give me the pain medication for my neutered pup but remembered to get all my payment information for the remainder of the bill I refused to pay that day due to their negligence.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT take your pet to Dr. Reese. Our dog had a tumor on his side. He was operated on by Dr. Reese. Neither before nor after the surgery did Dr. Reese even speak to us. TWO DAYS later, the would was horribly infected and the stitches had come loose. He had to be operated on again by an emergency veterinarian. After the surgery, the emergency vet told us she was surprised to find that there were very few internal stitches. There was also seriously "angry" tissue around the incision that should have been removed but had not been. We also found out later from another vet that our dog had been seriously under-prescribed pain medication. The poor dog almost died and was not given enough pain medication to help with the recovery. As if that werent enough, when the emergency vet tried to contact Dr. Reese to discuss the situation, he never returned her calls after multiple attempts. No one from the office ever tried to contact us about our dogs recovery. No one even checked to see why we hadnt come in to have the stitches removed!! When we contacted the office to get our files transferred to a new facility, we were told (after we asked), that the lab results came back positive for cancer!!! When were they going to tell us this??? Enough is enough. If you love your pet, DO NOT, take him or her to Dr. Reese.

My Yorkie Emmy ate part of the stuff in the bottom of my fake house plant. Took her to Animal Care Hoapital at Bold Springs they took X-rays and confirmed she had an obstruction in her intestines Dr. Reese is the Veterinarian and he was so nice, so professional and so caring for my fur baby. I have spent the last 3 days going in to see Dr. Reese and having X-rays of my Emmy to see where the plant was in her intestines. Dr. Reese gave her Barium so we could follow the plant and know if my baby would have to have surgery to get it out. This morning only a very small portion remains in her colon and she is doing great. Dr Reese is an amazing Veterinarian, man of the Lord and now a friend. I cannot thank him enough for all of his kindness and the knowledge and ability that he has shown during this very sad and stressful time. The office staff are all so wonderful too. Very professional and really care about the animals and their clients. I left this morning after our visit with one happy Yorkie and adopted a new Kitten into our family. We will call the kitten Witness as we believe we were led by the Lord to this wonderful Vet and man. Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Reese for working with our Lord to save my baby Yorkie Emmy. Tracy and Peggy England

Do not go here. I liked Dr. Reese and his staff. Until....I took my girl in to them sharing that she had been acting as if she was very uncomfortable. He supposedly observed her all day and in the end diagnosed her with a soft tissue injury. I picked her up at 4pm and then within an hour called back and insisted that I needed to return because she was vomiting. He then took an x-ray and found she had swallowed something and had a blockage. This is where I made one of the worst mistakes of my life. I did as he suggested. He wanted to put her on fluids and pain treatment overnight and promised she would be his first operation in the am. She did not make it until then. Note that he seemed rush to leave the office. I trusted him even though my heart was telling me different and I cant take it back. We are heartbroken and devastated.

I love Dr. Reese and his staff. They are great with my furkids futures and me. Dr. Reese always sits in the floor with my dogs and loves on them while talking to me. He makes it a pleasant experience for everyone. I have used him for my 3 dogs. I was very pleased with his knowledge when I initially brought one of my dogs in for a 2nd opinion on hip surgery. Another vet that I had been using for 14 years told me my dog required hip surgery. I took her to Dr. Reese and within a couple of hours he called and said it wasnt her hip at all. He explained that it was her knees. He was very thorough with his examination and explanation of treatment options. I am very confident in his ability and knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a vet.

He was okay with yearly exams until two of my pets died. One was a misdiagnosis and the other the new guy had no clue and he left my sick animal and went to lunch. He died same day. I used to like this vet but he spoke more about his personal life and inconsequential trivia than about my dog was suppose to be vetting.
