Dr Noel and the rest of the staff are really fantastic. Theyre very nice, seem to care deeply for our furry family members, and spend a lot of time with their patients. Theyre a full service animal hospital, so you can get vaccines, checkups, and more routine surgeries done here. The prices here are good compared to the other animal hospitals Ive visited in the area. The place is really clean and welcoming. I typically take my cats and dog here when they need a routine check up or for semi-emergencies. Notably, one time when I called, they had no open appointments, but since it was an urgent issue, they told me to bring the cat in anyway and they made time for her. Also, they have a "free vaccines for life" program, that Ive enrolled in. The only bummer is that theyre only open later in the evening on certain days during the week, and theyre not open on weekends. Which makes sense, because there is only one vet. So, I like that my pets see the same people every time we come in, but scheduling can be a challenge if you work 8-5 like me everyday. Even so, its a nice experience, and I recommend.

I was so impressed with South Arbor Animal Hospital. I was really worried about taking my pup to the vet and wanted to make sure he went to a quality place. Every aspect of this place has far exceeded my expectations! First and foremost Dr. Noel was amazing. She was knowledgeable, nice, and took very good care of my pup. The staff was nice and EXTREMELY helpful.The facility looked brand new and very well kept. I work very strange hours and the staff there was able to communicate with me via e-mail and online. They have a website where you can look up your pets records, and they helped with far more then just my pups health...they gave me tips temperament and socialization as well. I would HIGHLY recommend South Arbor Animal Hospital

South Arbor Animal Hospital is the only place I trust for clinical care of my pets. Other vetrinary hospitals have not done as well for my animal loved ones whereas Dr. Noel knows the right questions to ask and is willing to dig deeper into issues to get my pets the appropriate treatment. The clinic has a vaccines for life program to help make health maintenance more affordable. More important than my personal trust in her, my cats adore her. All of the clinical staff are very friendly and good with animals, especially cats and dogs. Because I want the best care for my cats, and South Arbor helps make it affordable, they are the only vet clinic for my family.

This clinic is the ONLY place I trust with my 3 cats. Ive been to other vets in the the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area, and this is by far the best. The staff is professional, the building is clean, if needed, the animals are stored in spacious cages for overnight observations. Ive never had any problems here, and they have a credit plan to help pay for any expensive things your pet may require. Which was great when my oldest cat needed a tumor removed. And a side note, the Dr. often brings her own cat in, an older ginger cat. Its adorable and friendly. ^.^

I was so impressed with every aspect of my visit here! Dr. Noel was wonderful--so knowledgeable, the young woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, the facility was neat and clean, and most importantly, I felt that my kitty was in very good hands (and I could tell she felt very comfortable, too). I would have never known you guys were around if not for the LivingSocial deal, and Im so glad I bought it! Im definitely leaving my old vet and coming to South Arbor from now on. I took my rescued little kitten Cloud here the first time. me, my bf and the kitten were scared and were completely clueless. Dr. Noel saw us without an appointment and addressed all my concerns. She is the best doctor our Cloud could get. She makes sure the pets are taken care of in every aspect both physical and mental. The staff is pretty amazing too. The tech and the receptionist know every patient by name and hence this place has a very personal touch.

Brought my cat here about a year ago and have been back for check-ups two times since then. Amazing staff, I have asked what I am sure, are many stupid question and they are always patient and friendly with me. Dr. Noel is kind and always respectful. Recently moved to Dearborn Heights but will continue to make the drive here because of how professional and friendly they are. Whatever animals I get in the future I will bring back here. Highly recommended!!

One of the best vets Ive had for a pet. Our cat is always treated well there. The staff is calm and patient, and does their job efficiently, which is important when you have a) little time and/or b) a scared animal. Our cat has been nervous like most pets, but the staff handles her with care and always talks to her calmly. Ill be sad when/if we move further away, because youd be hard-pressed to find better care for your pet(s).

Dr. Noel and her staff have helped us through some tough spots with our three mini dachshunds and her care and advice has given us the peace of mind we all look for when making decisions about our pets. This is the BEST vet ever. They are so welcoming and inviting and help me with my hundreds of questions. Dr Noel personally called me after I left a panicked voicemail after hours. I shopped around and the do have prices comprable to the Huron valley humane society, and Michigan Ave pet clinic, but wayyyy better service. We love them!!!

Had a wonderful first experience at South Arbor this week! Our large and very nervous dog had a full dental exam and cleaning . . . the results were incredible! Dr. Noel and her team went the extra mile to make Annie comfortable, and did a great job. Will definitely be long-term patients of this clinic.
