My 6 lb. yorkie was spayed at this clinic. a careless vet tech left her sedated on a heating pad set to high after surgery. The pad left a distinct coil pattern of 3rd degree burns on her side. He obviously did not check on her condition for a very long time. That was bad. very bad but even worse is that the owner-vet tried to tell me the dog was "bitten." really? an interesting bite that raises a coil-shaped 3rd degree burn while she is sedated in your care. She was treated for the burn by Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Sandy Springs who confirmed the burn and likely source (evidently this is not unheard of in vet clinics. new technology is available, however and Countryside wasnt in that loop). I asked the vet for nothing except an apology and to instruct, in my presence and with my injured dog with me, to bring his tech in to show him what can happen when you allow yourself to get distracted. The vet finally agreed, reluctantly, but likely only to prevent a lawsuit, which he certainly deserved. He never offered any monetary compensation. I asked for nothing but admission and instruction. Disgusting people.

NEVER EVER deal with this vet if you can help it! The office staff is incredibly rude and will not help you. The vets, themselves are amazing, but dealing with the hassle of the rude office staff is not worth it. In my case, my family had a horse to founder. Although we called and the vet came, charging $1100, the horse still had to be put down. All of that balance was paid, and they even sent a sympathy card for the horse. We honestly thought that everything was paid up since we did not receive a bill for 18 months. Now another horse or ours has had colic, and we called them again. Then and only then did they decide to tell us that we had a balance remaining with them, even though we NEVER received a bill. Because of this supposed "balance," they refused to see our horse with colic, even after we offered to pay on the spot for both balances. I have never encountered such an incompetent and rude office staff. It is ridiculous that a vet clinic could sit by and let an animal suffer because of their human error. What happened to compassion?

It breaks your heart to see your companion in pain. Our Bella spent months limping around. We were told by other vets that this was due to her getting older and developing arthritis. She was still ready to go and spend her day on the farm, but her body couldn’t hold up to it. They never once took X-rays and looked for a cause. We kept her on medication and she continued to get worse. We came into Countryside for a second opinion - couldn’t be happier with this decision. They were thorough, caring, and answered every question that we had. We decided that the best thing for Bella was to undergo a Tightrope procedure to repair the damage to her knee. It’s now 10 months later and Bella is back to enjoying her life on the farm with no pain and no limp. Thank you Countryside for giving Bella her life back!

I just had to write a review after reading the horrible things that were said previously about my favorite vet clinic. The office staff is always courteous and accomidating whenever I call. The vets I have seen (Fuller, Brown & Dayton(sp) i believe) are knowledge and compassionate. They are always willing to work within my budget and never try to run the bill up. I have used them for my small animals as well as for my goats. I just cant say enough about how wonderful this place is. I tell everyone I know who has pets to go there.

This place is top notch! From the time you and your pet walk in there doors you will feel welcomed. I recently became an English Bulldog Breeder and shied away from our local vet in Bethlehem who wasnt quite sure of the whole English bulldog breeding/labor experience. I was given Dr. Fullers name by Puppychase (Jason) THANKSJASON! I was insured my wonderful Alice would be taken good care of from beginning of pregnancy till the end including now! I recommend Countryside Veterinarian Services

So grateful to the vets, technicians and support staff for all their kindness today and for keeping me well informed when my small dog underwent tumor removal surgery today. And I was sure appreciative of that great cup of coffee so early in the morning, when I dropped her off. Shes doing well this evening and resting comfortably. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Tresa & Sky

I have had nothing but great experiences with Countryside for both large {donkey and pig} and small {cats} animal companions. Both their emergency home and routine office services were superb. I found their office staff to be helpful, courteous, informative and funny. I cant recommend this practice enough.

Top of the line.... Dr. Fuller has saved a couple of my dogs from death and is a good man as well. The entire staff are professional and compassionate to our animal needs. If Dr. Fuller ever leaves this establishment I would definitely have to follow him.
