I started using this vet in June. I was more than pleased with the service I had received from Dr. White. I had finally thought, "Wow, Ive found a Vet I can handle." This has quickly made a turn for the worse. Since June Ive spent approximately $1200 on my dogs at this clinic. Reason ranging from having my female spayed, and male neutered, to snake bites, to heart guard prevention. I am not sure if the doctors have changed, but I took my male to be neutered this past Friday. Unlike when I took my female I had to go out of my way to keep checking up on him. I made a call at 11:30am to see his progress. I was told he was going into surgery, and they would call me as soon as he was out. So I waited, and waited, until 2:00 when I called back and couldnt get through on the line for 30 minutes. Once getting through I spoke with Jacob (who is one of the very personable and nice reps here). He stated the anesthesia had worn off and I could come pick him up. Wow, so no call after I was told they would call me. Ok, Ill let it slide. This morning I had an appointment for my two females. They needed a rabies and heart worm test, along with one needing a nail clipping. The visit went fine, I dealt with a doctor Ive never seen before, Vella I believe. Upon check out she stated my total was $289.00. I wondered but didnt question it at the time, because I have two 60-80 dogs pulling on my 8.5 month pregnant body. I just wanted to get back home. Once getting into my vehicle and looking at the invoice. I have a $38.00 annual exam fee for each dog, plus $28.00 heart worm test, $17.00 rabies, and $14.28 nail clipping. The testing and the rabies I asked for, and the nail clippings, even though that seemed rather pricey. Ive never been charged for a nail clipping on any of my dogs anywhere before. I went back inside to asked why I was charged $76 of unnecessary exam charges. I was given several excuses which all dont add up. One was bc they have to check them before the rabies unless I sign a waiver. Well no one gave me that option, and last month I took my puppy in for a rabies signed the waiver and bam $17! Done. They couldnt back that excuse up anymore. The second was that its because I was prescribed heart guard. Umm thats not true because I paid for the heart worm test. Theyre only required to be tested yearly. So does that mean youre going to charge me another $38 for each dog when I come to get a new box of heart guard in 6 months? I think not. Upon getting nowhere and several excuses later I called several other vet clinics to make sure I wasnt crazy. They all stated for just rabies and a heart worm test there is no office visit charge. So after spending mass amounts of money with the clinic and still feeling like Ive been screwed I think Im going to take my business back to Sigman. Thanks for teaching me to be too trusting with who I trust taking care of my pets.

My dog was hit by a car and had to be put to sleep. The vet charged an extra $100 to stay in the room while my dog was euthanized! I would have never been able to live with myself if I had not stayed in the room. Anybody who would capitalize on someone elses grief should not have a license to practice.

We have used Dr White for years. We used to live in Conyers and used them for years. When we moved to Social circle we would make the 30min drive to see them. Once we found out they had bought the social circle location we were thrilled. All of the Vets here are top notch.

I travel from Cobb county to see Vella. Enough said. You tell them what you want and they tell what you need. If you dont agree they do not spend your money for you. Theyve taken care of multiple generations of pets for me and mine.

Dr. Jackson will be missed in Social Circle but it is hard to be upset about the loss when the new owner Dr. Gaines White is such a great addition to our community, both people and pet.
