The doctor is older then dirt its self. His hands shake like mad and must be over 85 years old. He is a old con man. He bumped up the office call up by $15.00. The office manager told me twice the office visit was $45.00 but the doctor said that was for twenty minutes and after that the bill goes up by $2.00 a minute. He said he has over fifty years in the biz and worth every extra dollar. I went to see the doctor for time today Re: my parrot. The doc said my bird was old, needs exploratory surgery and may not survive the surgery. Of course I said no surgery and wondered what the heck was he talking about anyway. I only wanted info on his feathers but my saying no was when he bumped the office call from $45.00 to $60.00... He was a old con that was trying to sell me anything. Pleeeese dont take your pet there if you love it.

Dont get fooled by the old man, he comes off as very caring of your animal but all he wants is your money!! Went in for a routine visit and to get a rx filled, He clamied we need extensive blood work and charged us $400 then shortly after our dog got sick and he sent us to a specialist, sadly our dog died and the specialist was very nice and didnt charge us, after going back to the dr office to get the dog cremated, he wanted us to pay him $500 so he could give it to the specialist (which I am sure he would have keep for himself), I called the specialist and he was very mad and said this was not the first time this happened. STAY AWAY from this crooked DR!!! I am in the process of working with the The BBB and the Veterinary medical board to make sure this does not happen to someone else

I wasnt fully happy with our previous vet, and had a recommendation to try North Branch Animal Hospital. I was very happy with my 2 experiences so far with Dr. Buzdug and his staff. First impressions the building was clean and well-maintained. We were taken to a room at our scheduled appointment time, and Dr. Buzdug was in shortly after. Im very impressed with how through his examination of my dog was. He took the time to throughly answer our questions, and to explain the medical treatments and medical rationale behind the treatment. The office staff was friendly, efficient, and competent. Prices seemed reasonable, from what Ive encountered in the the past. Overall, I had a great experience both times Ive visited, and would highly recommend this vet. Thanks, North Branch Animal Hospital!

Very poor communication between front desk workers to the doctor. My appointments were cancelled on 2 different occasions due to lack of communication in the office. They did not inform me my bird was going to be put under to have his band removed and wings clipped. The also did not inform me he was not supposed to eat 3 hours before we came in for the appointment. Not to mention, the appointment i had made was for his wings and nails to be clipped. I had only asked about the band removal. Needless to say very poor all around experience. Doctor has a lot of experience with birds, however very pushy and rude about his advice.

North Branch Animal Hospital and Dr. Buzdug have become an important member of the Special Animal Friends and Rescue, Inc. (SAFARI) family. We have taken many of our rescue dogs to see Dr. Buzdug and he is not only wonderful with the animals, but has a great "table" side manner with the foster who brought the dog in. His staff is very friendly and helpful and our fosters have all had very positives experience there. Dr. Buzdug is the best! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about every pet he sees. His compassion is unmatched. I have a skittish Border collie mix, and he is wonderful with her. He makes the vet visit process a whole lot easier. Dr. Buzdug will never pressure or force a certain product or means of treatment on you. He simply wants what will work best for both you, and your pet. Do yourself a favor.....go see Dr. Buzdug!!!! Youll be glad you did.

Had my older cat and kitten taken care of with vaccinations and other routine care and had my kitten spayed. Wonderful vet! He is very kind and compassionate and prices are definitely reasonable. Had a great experiences with him and his other staff. I have been there quite frequently. I will be coming back for any future care. I also recommend him to anyone with animals. Although I have seen the previous negative reviews, they are no longer relative due to the previous doctor passing away. The new North Branch Animal Hospital is under new ownership along with a new doctor who is very friendly and in fact mentioned to me that the previous prices that the other doctor was charging was too much and he wont be keeping the same prices.

I took my dog coco to see Dr.Buzdug for an ear infection. We had to muzzle her due to her extreme fear. Dr B. was patient and kind. I decided to get her micro chipped and thought she would freak out. Dr.B put ice on her neck to numb the injection. She didnt feel a thing!! I would highly recommend Northbranch Animal Hospital.
