I had an emergency situation with a feral cat I care for. I had taken the cat to an ER Vet the night before. I felt ZERO compassion from any of the staff there so I told the vet to stabilize the cat so I could get him into a better and less expensive vet the next day. The following day I called NUMEROUS vet offices and no one was able to help. Finally, I was in my opinion, divinely directed to call North West Animal Clinic. Dr. Karim Jawad actually GOT ON THE PHONE with me to ask what was going on. He asked me to come right away. I knew at that moment, I had been placed with the best!!!! Dr. Jawads care, compassion, and bed side manner is a "10". He treated my feral cat as if it were a prize-winning animal unlike the vet the night before!!!! His staff, Gail & Manuel were ALSO AWESOME!!!! They made me feel at home and were SOOOOO COMFORTING!!!! I am HEAVILY involved in Animal Welfare & organizations. I have already recommended this practice to several people & organizations. Not only were their hearts and passion AMAZING but the low cost of service compared to other pricey places with superficial care from vets & staff is another HUGE reason I am coming back & telling EVERYONE ABOUT!!!! THANKS AGAIN NORTH WEST STAFF!!! God Bless You All

this place gave my grannies dog away. i was looking for my lost dog and received a call saying that he was found and then taken to this place. they claimed they called and when they never got an answer they gave my dog away to some random chick named April. she was willing to show me pics in the beginning via text and then changed her mind when this place called her and said everything matches up. the place had no right to do that when i used the aspic amber alert that sent a fax there directly to them. instead of going to the book and looking or saying we will hold on to him for a moment. bottom line is they ruined my moms life with shoving her dog off to this unstable old army person named April. she obviously dont give a sh*& about the life and care of the wounded. God will handle them all and i wish them the best in life for being dirt balls and hood rats.

They are a caring people and do everything possible to care for your pet, the staff are very understanding and loving, Gail and her daughter karen really try and succeed at the front desk! Dr. Frank is a caring doctor as well they have 3 clinics one in ferndale and livonia and this one in detroit it gets busy so if this location is booked I go to another location. Im very happy overall with them.
