I have many veterinary services / hospitals closer to me, but the inconvenience of having to drive further to get to Greenfield is outweighed by the phenomenal staff. You have to have absolute trust in your vets since pet care can be an incredible expense and an emotional upheaval. On the financial side: I have always been presented with a full quote and then they took the time to explain to me what the essentials are and then what they recommend. Essentially, they allow you to make an informed budgetary decision be showing you what is priority and what is helpful but not ultimately necessary (at the time). I have also taken my grown cat in for semi emergency care and that is normally the time when otherwise questionable practices would see a money making opportunity. Dr Zerbel has been the primary vet Ive dealt with and she thoroughly examined my cat and recommended simple (but effective) dietary changes and care. I was ready to pay thousands to make sure my cat was OK and I only had to pay for an office visit. As for the emotional upheaval - pet owners deal with abject fear because there is the inability to ask your pet "whats wrong?" So when you go to a vets office, having a staff like the staff at Greenfield is priceless. They do a tremendous job during incredibly stressful and sad times and they are incredibly personable during the lighter moments. TL;DR summary: I dont trust any other vets or staff

After two unsatisfying experiences from other vet locations, I went on the website and saw GAH and realize for years I had passed them by in my travels. I was very impressed with their initial flow of operation upon my first visit. They remind me of a people medical center. Long story short, although my baby is still experiencing his problem with itchy skin, I like GAH, I like the front office staff, I like their technicians especially the lady with the blue hair and I love Dr. Zerbel. Toby and I have already decided that she will be his vet. Toby has developed something and all he does is scratch. He has exposed skin and I was told that when the skin turns black the hair will not grow back. Dr. Zerbel refer me to a couple of places but when I reviewed them I am not quite sure I want to go there thus my dog continues to scratch and lose his hair. As of this writing I have decided to see Dr. Zerbel again for another plan of action. I will keep your posted.

So I met not one or two veterinarians in my life in all kind of situations you can imagine -from vaccinations to delivery of puppies and all I can say- I never met a better veterinarian doctor then Dr. Hood . Greenfield Animal Hospital was a hospital for my dogs and many dogs of my breeding for almost 12 years and now living in different state I miss this place with highest medical standards and amazing friendly atmosphere. I got there the best possible help for all my animals - puppies , champions and retired dogs - always sophisticated, with excellent working ethics and a big love . Recently moved to the area, so I needed a new vet to bring my kitties to. All I did was look at reviews online and it was obvious that Greenfield was worth a shot. I could hardly believe they had 4.9 stars with almost 80 reviews, thats by far the best rating of any vet clinic in the area. And upon visiting, its easy to see why. I was very nervous about what was ailing my cat, and they were so beyond respectful and careful, everything youd hope for in someone whos taking care of your baby. Not only did they put my mind at ease, but they were very forthcoming about costs, which is something Ive honestly never experienced at the vet and really appreciated. I was informed of what each test, procedure, and medication would cost long before I got to the checkout desk, no surprises. If youre not taking your animals here what are you doing.

Greenfield Animal Hospital provided veterinary services and cared for my pet from the time of his first shots at 6 weeks old all the way until he transitioned on at the age of 15. And I mean they truly CARED for him from beginning and at the end. I never considered taking my dog anywhere else, he was loved by the staff and I felt they always offered the utmost consideration in helping me make all healthcare decisions regarding my pet. They atmosphere was always professional and comfortable, clean and safe for my pets needs which did include boarding. I am forever grateful to the staff for how they comforted me and my pet at the end but even more for making sure I had a healthy pet for many years!!

The only Doctors and staff I trust with my dog Rex, they are very well trained to handle any situation, very kind hearted, does only whats best for your fur babies, the clinic atmosphere is light and fun, they make sure your babies are up to date with everything including vaccines, frontline and Heart guard, they are also very educational, makes sure you understand exactly what your pets condition is and how the medication will help them get better. My Rex loves going in there to see the friendly staff and they love seeing him too. They know exactly how to gently handle your babies, makes you feel like family.

Excellent! Everyone there clearly loves animals. We been going there for 4 months now, and even with a month between visits they remember our little puppy. The very first vet tech that we had comes up to our puppy every time were there just to say hi and see how much shes grown! Other high notes other than their spectacular staff are that the prices arent bad and they do not seem to over book the office. When were there, there is almost never anyone else in the waiting room. They get us in and out in a timely fashion while being professional and personable.

I loved the staff at Greenfield. They were extremely friendly and compassionate for my hyper dog, Mason. From the beginning to end of my visit, both of us felt very welcomed and cared for. The vet technician greeted my dog and gave him cuddles and pets before taking us to the back room. I barely had to wait for the doctor to examine him. She was very helpful with me with the different medications needed The office is very clean - I wish I had found them sooner! I highly suggest Greenfield Animal Hospital! They took care of my dog as if it was their own.

The whole staff was great. they were very attentive to Stogey. I was given a itemized list of services that they recommended with pricing before they proceeded. Once I approved the recommendations they proceeded with great care. Stogey was not feeling well that day and they recommended he come back after he was feeling better. The bill was paid for and I returned 2 days later to get his shots. There was no extra charge for the return visit and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks to the whole staff you are great!
