I have come to think of the St. Johns M.C.D.C. dental center as an oasis of mercy to heal those of us that are in great need of such. In a world that has little to offer those who in this life have not the means that it demands of us all. I have always felt a sense there of Gods peace, kindness and compassion to all. One can feel the genuine harmony among the staff of healing there. As their dental work brings my pain to a thankful end. The very fine staff there are a blessed team of healing to all who come there for help. I was treated so very kindly by all of them. My life is a much better one now. I am so very grateful to M.C.D.C. and all of their skilled staff members for the healing of my pain and suffering. Such a rare thing it is in this world to feel valued as a patient. That is how I am made to feel at the St. Johns M.C.D.C. dental center. You truly are treated so very well in that blessed way.

Really liked the tech and the doctor. However, the only reason that I even scheduled an appointment here was because I was told that payment was based on an income scale so I could get help right away. Every word was a lie. True, you get your X-rays for $50. But then I got a treatment plan and was told that payment was due in full before I could schedule an appointment and that the income scale was not applicable to me. And that they are unable to do root canals. So now I know what I need done and I definitely know that I cant afford a bit of it. I couldve gone to a dentist that I know and trust for that. You wasted my time and money, but I am mostly angry that you made me hope I was going to get some help.

Wouldnt know how there service is i do not like having to constantly call bc they dont answer theyre phones. Ive called tree days in a row to try and make an appointment and no one answers. I feel like thats a major lack in customer service.ive litterally called then the last 3 days 4 and 5 times at a time ,i leave a message and they dont return my call. Im trying to get my husband in to get a tooth pulled and tgey dont answer so for that im going to a different clinic that eants my business.very unprofessional.
