The only reason I am giving this two stars is because I loved most of the people there besides the dentist him self he was an older man and his name is Lewis I think that man shouldnt be allowed near anyones mouth and God help the children he has worked on. I had to get two teeth pulled and he comes in and starts to shoot my mouth with a numbing needle and he never put the pink stuff in my mouth before he started so I didnt feel the needles needless to say I felt every single one of them even my sister tryed to ask for the pink stuff to numb my mouth first before the needles and the nurse tryed she put some on a qtip and put it in my mouth he pulled it directly back out and continued to shoot me with needles and by the end of this I was shaking from the pain and he gets up and leaves and im shaking and my sister is looking on in horror at what just happened and he hasnt even pulled my teeth yet. The nurse brings in some things for me to sign and paperwork and what not after I fill it out he comes back in and starts to get ready to pull out my two teeth he really had to work to get the first one out because he was at it for a minute and he tells me "tell me if it hurts" I say okay and he starts and when it gets painful for me I tell him it hurts I tried to tell him multiple times and he says to me " no it doesnt" and " its just the pressure" Ive had teeth pulled before and I know what it feels like and my hand instantly​ flys up to grab his arm and my sister shouts to me dont do it dont grab him he could hurt you and seeing how he was already hurting me I didnt want to deal with anymore so I let this sadist continue to work and he finally gets it out of my mouth and the second tooth comes out with out problem and not painful and he gets up and leaves. The nice lady comes in and gives me a few fillings after a little while and im not shaking she was a great lady she made my visit better and the lady that cleaned my teeth. I have to go back this month in April and see the same doctor but im going to be calling soon to see if I can have another doctor work on my teeth and not this man and if they cant then I will definitely end up switching dentist I will not let this man work on me again and I highly recommend you dont let him work on you or your children he shouldnt even be allowed near peoples mouths. And my sister the on looker in all of this said that her boyfriend went up there as well and had work done by this man and it was just the same horrifying seen with him so I plead for all who go do not let him work on you especially your children. Everyone else was wonderful and I cant complain about any of them besides the fact that the front desk got my name mixed up with another Cheyenne and I had to drive all the way back and get a new paper so I could get my medicine for the pain but thats just a drop in the bucket compared to him Id gladly have to take that drive a thousand times over just to never see that man again. I came home and literally had a nightmare about him and im 20 years old I dont think Ive ever been treated that way before and I refuse to be so again. I am sorry for the two stars but not what Ive said about the older man.

If I could give a 0 or a -0 I would! This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to! They are very rude and the place is so dirty! My kids go here and I made a new patient appointment for myself. They told me be there 15min before my appointment. I got their 13 min before due to traffic. Well when I got there they told me that since I was 2min late for the 15min before my appointment that the dentist didnt think I was coming and just had left right before I got there! Then they didnt have anymore appointment for new patients for over 3 months so I left. Then my daughter who is 7 had a hole in her tooth from falling and it was starting to get a cavity in it. They referred her to go to childrens to get it fixed since she would need to be put to sleep. Well childrens isnt making any appointments tell Aug. and it was Feb when all this started. Its now April and I finally get ahold of Klermont 4kids and adults2 today and I have been calling them daily and leaving voicemails since the day after her appointment. They never and I mean NEVER answer the phones! If you get an answer your one lucky s.o.b. They guy that answered told me it was my fault that I couldnt get ahold of them. That he didnt believe I had been calling. He was extremely rude to me! He told me and another lady there told me that it was up to me to figure this out to call my insurance and see if they could find me somewhere else to go for her. I told them that I had already called them and all they could give me is other dentist to go to. Which was not what I needed since none of the dentist they gave me put people to sleep there. After I told them this they then said that if my child didnt cry and scream and if I could control her by holding her still that they would do the work there. Even though this is something that she needs to be put to sleep for! They want me to while she is awake hold on my child down while they do the work! Thats absolutely insane! What type of place is this! Im not doing that to my child! So now Im going to take my child to Childrens hospital and see if they will help! Her face is starting to swell on that side and she cant eat because it hurts her tooth so bad. I told them this to. They didnt care. I then asked him for his name, and he just hung up on me. Do not take your child here!! This place is awful and very unprofessional! All I wanted was to get my babies tooth fixed. Just help me find somewhere else to take her that could put her to sleep is all I was asking! Distance isnt an issue I would drive anywhere to help my child!

If I could rate this dentist office at a 0, I most definently would. I dont even know where to start. My son is 6 years old and has been in for about 3 cleanings at Klermont for kids. I was never thrilled by the cleanliness or professionalism of the staff. However, at such a young age I thought we would stick it out until he needed any major work done. Our recent visit was a teeth cleaning and a filling. (That I discovered) The office is dated, dirty, and unorganized. Not a friendly environment or a comfortable one. No one tells you who they are and what are going to do. Not to mention dental equipment is everywhere and definelt not sterile. The worst part was our experience with the dentist himself. The dentist comes into fill the cavities, doesnt speak to my son, asks the assistant what tooth he was doing and just shoves the numbing gel in his mouth not even checking to put it on the right tooth. He doesnt tell my son what this will do to his mouth or anything. When the novacaine shot was about to be done I was walking over to hold my sons hand, (I was completely out of the way) and the dentist actually motioned for me to go sit down aggressively. I was appalled because this is a pediatric dentist office and he should know better than anyone that a child needs consoling when getting a shot, especially in his mouth! He actually asked what his name was in the middle of him injecting novacaine in his gums. I work at a hospital and that is very unprofessional. You should always be aware of the procedure you are preforming, the location, and the patients name before you begin. All I want is for my children to have good experiences and not be treated like they are disposable. I am beating myself up for even taking him to this office. Overall, terrible experience for my son and myself. I felt bad for my son that he wasnt praised for sitting quietly the entire time or even told good job one time, let alone even talked to! It was his first filling and he didnt make one peep. I dont even know the dentists name! I am disturbed that he is still in business. He is the the worst part of this office and needs to rethink his career because it is clear he doesnt like children or satisfying customers. We will NEVER be back along with many others.
