We initially had Dr. Parobek do a root canal on my sons tooth after a biking accident. Following the procedure, we had some issues with pain, swelling and an abscess that wouldnt completely go away. After months of dealing with this we opted to see a specialist who immediately referred us to an Endodontist. They were both shocked at what they found. Dr. Parobek inserted a rod into the center of the tooth, that he performed the root canal on, and it was continually growing bacteria. In turn, this was causing the abscess. Neither specialist had ever seen or heard of such a thing. I genuinely thought that he was up to date on the latest procedures but after spending thousands of dollars above what we spent on Dr. Parobeks procedure, I was disappointed to say the least, to find he is simply not proficient in basic dentistry. He didnt seem to have any idea why the abscess continued and told us that as long as we were able to relieve the abscess, it was ok. WRONG! Needless to say, we will never return, since we cannot trust the competency of his work.

I started going to Doctor Parobek over 20 years ago! I was terrified of going to the dentist and had not been in several years. I had a minor melt down in his office, he was consoling and guaranteed that my experience would be completely different with his staff. He was correct, I no longer fear going, I look forward to seeing everyone. I stay on a regular schedule, my teeth are healthy and my son has been seeing him since he was little as well. He is FANTASTIC with kids!!! My husband has been going there since he was a kid as well! Id give him 10 stars if I could! There is no one better.

I had an emergency, broke a wisdom tooth chewing on hard candy. Ed is not my regular dentist but he was close and I was in serious pain. He got me in right away, numbed me up and pulled that wisdom tooth out. It did not want to come out easy but Ed did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him myself if he took my dental insurance.
