This was by far the WORST dentist I have ever gone to. I pride myself in a beautiful smile and have visited the dentist EVERY 6 months since I was a child, plus had braces. I went in with my teenage daughter and had to wait 30+ min to be seen. Once in the chair I was told that they wouldnt even clean my teeth until the dentist reviewed my xrays and talked to me about a "dental cleaning plan" that may not be covered by my insurance. This sounded fishy from the beginning as I had NEVER been told that I needed a "plan" for a cleaning. The dentist then gave me the exam but refused to show me the xrays. She said that ALL of my silver fillings had decay around them and they would have to put in all white cosmetic fillings and remove the decay. Funny, I was at the dentist 6 months ago and they NEVER mentioned I had decay around my silver fillings, but now they ALL have to be removed and be replaced? Not to mention I was always told by dentists that silver fillings actually were better than the white cosmetic ones. I demanded to see the xrays and she said "they were only 2-dimensional and wouldnt show what she saw." In addition, she wanted me to pay $50 for a oral cancer screening that was unnecessary. She stated that because I was a female I could have HPV which could cause oral cancer? Then why not make HPV a screening tool and then suggest a cancer screening if someone is positive? I am a 37 year old female who doesnt have HPV, has never smoked or drank alcohol or done drugs. In addition, I myself am a health professional....I dont even drink soda. I was becoming very frustrated at this point and kept asking questions. I did not curse or scream, but was asked to leave the premises. I believe because I was to inquisitive and was actually questioning their services. I never got my cleaning and my daughter was told she had the worst teeth they had seen (this is a 15 year old with a beautiful smile who just got her braces off....think she has had 1 cavity in her life. You dont talk to a teenage girl, or anyone that way.....! AND, IF YOU OWN A BUSINESS, HOW MANY BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS WOULD ASK AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER TO LEAVE....WOULDNT THEY TRY TO CORRECT THE SITUATION SO AT LEAST THE CUSTOMER WOULDNT GO SPREAD THE WORD TO OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS??? This is the worst, most incompetent dental office/franchise I have ever been too. It is obvious they are only trying to make a buck! In the end I called my brother in law who has practiced dentistry for 30 years. He told me the dark color around a silver filling is normal oxidation...NOT DECAY! This office should be closed and this dentist have her license revoked....DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MOUTH!

Poor Service
was a zero star I would give it. This practice needs to have a customer service coach to help the Office Manager (OM) or (maybe the owner) and the Dental Assistant to learn how to understand customer objections. They stated that my mother needed Periodontal Deep Cleaning Service around $750.00 then the OM stated that my mom would have to come back every three to four months. When I asked about the total price the OM told us she would tell us later. Then I followed up by asking why I could not find out about the price she became overwhelmed with my questioning but mentioned that my mom could fill out a credit application. I then told my mom not to complete the credit app then she started to use hostile body language. Furthermore I had to ask them to show us the x-rays. I have never been to a dental office where showing the x-rays are not part of the visit. In my view the OM (or owner) did not listen to our concerns nor show empathy for my 70 yr old mother. She was extremely rude. I encourage this practice to take a careful look at Forbes top 100 companies -it is released annually. I recommend studying the Companies best practices. So the ultimate question is: Do I recommend this dental practice. The answer is I am a Detractor. We were not treated with respect but disrespected and put my mom in distress. I have no problem with a practice making money or providing a credit app for a payment plan. However learning how to respond to questions about the cost and services is key to transparency and I feel this practice lacks transparency. The good part is I will offer a free tip this is how you should answer objections. "Mr or Mrs customer I understand your have questions regarding pricing? Am I hearing you correctly? Yes. I do What about the pricing that concerns you? Well it seems that we are unclear about the total price for the recommended dental maintenance work? Ok. So it seems that your are interested in the services but would like to know up front how much all the services will cost. Am I understanding you correctly?" I could go on and on but this is basic customer service 101- Called Overcoming objections. If this franchise practice were too follow this simple method with empathy they would have received a 5 star rating for me. I recommend retaining a training consultant or asking your franchisor to send you assistance for customer service coaching. Also to anyone reading this if all of a sudden there is a ton a positive reviews then think about that.

They will be super sweet to you as they rip you off. :) They will tell you you have more and more cavities in hopes youll get them filled. This place also changes dentists like every six months. Save yourself and your wallet and find a well established dentist. This is not the place to go unless you want a bunch of unnecessary procedures that the staff will make sound like are life and death if you dont get them. They will also try and push unnecessary x-rays, cancer screenings (which they will check for manually WITHOUT the 60 dollar charge but they wont tell you that), and the expensive kind of fillings. Basically theyll do anything to go above and beyond as far as possibe that which is covered by insurance. At the end, the price they quoted me wound up being incorrect and I was charged an additional $130 dollars by my insurance. The cost for a deep cleaning + 5 fillings came out to more than a thousand dollars OUT OF MY POCKET. They spoke of the amalgam fillings, which is covered completely by insurance, like it was a poison... basically scaring me into choosing the more expensive, non-covered tooth color kind. I had perfect teeth at my last dentist, just a couple years ago. I can understand a couple cavities... but... man. I asked multiple times just for the silver fillings, no laser therapy, and just the regular deep cleaning. The laser therapy, which cost around 450 dollars for me out of pocket I found out was pretty much unnecessary, after talking to another dentist and a few of my dentist friends outside the city. I should have done my research instead of being hasty. The onus is on you to be able to push back, or better, find a dentist that has been established in the area for at least 5+ years and will not put it on you to avoid being hustled. The best way to describe the staff is verbose, sweet-talking swindlers. I wont be returning.
