I was extremely unhappy with the front desk service rendered at this office and with Dr. Dupuis brushing off my concerns on the unprofessionalism of his front desk office staff that occurred on today (4-17-2012). I have had other unprofessional encounters from this office but today was the last that I am going to take. It doesnt matter if people have worked for you for a long length of time it matters if your patients are treated in a respectable manner while in your office being seen. I dont appreciate the fact that when I addressed my concern, he, Dr. Dupuis, just brushed my concerns off stating "I rarely get complaints". I have seen complaints on a website pertaining to your office staff being rude. This is a very serious matter to me and I feel as a patient it should be addressed to your staff. Professionalism starts with answering the phones, placing patients on hold, talking to the patients using eye contact, etc). It is because of my hygienist that I am still coming to Dupuis Dental for my cleanings otherwise I would have left a while ago from a previous matter and regarding the current matter in this office. A manager should always listen to the concerns of his/her patients not act as if it is not of any importance to you. Every place of employment has its flaws and as a manager of a company, I feel, that a manager should address the concerns of their patients to their employees no matter if he/she feels that their business is being run in good standards. Patients have concerns and they should feel comfortable taking those concerns to the attention of the manager and I am one that didnt feel comfortable today. I hope that this message reaches the manager and he takes these concerns in and understands that these things within this message are a great concern of many businesses today. Professionalism is very important in any business and it begins once the patient walks through that business door. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns within this message. Have a blessed day!!

"BEWARE" Just switched my family of 4 to a new denist (also Mom & my Brother will not return). Have spent 6 months trying to have a bridge put in. I got a call yesterday from "Stacy" at Dupuis Dental to remind me of my appointment & that my portion is $490.00 (floored I have full insurance) I asked her "I thought I was covered, why $490.00" she said that my portion so I explained I dont have $490.00 & she said so Ill cancel the appointment. I then called my insurance to find out why I owe so much & was told I have a 45.00 copay per tooth for a bridge so my portion is $135.00 (3 teeth at 45.00 each) she asked if I can hold & she will call Dr Dupuis office & find out why Im getting charged $490.00 when everything but $135.00 is covered. Stacy told her their charging 180.00 per molar (my insurance rep told her they cant do that) then she explained they are upgrading my materials using (gold etc..) without my permission an upgrade that will cost me an extra 355.00 out of pocket & when I questioned the $490.00 I was told thats that my portion after the insurance "NOT THAT WE HAVE SNUCK IN UPGRADES & WHEN THE CUSTOMER SAYS THEY DONT HAVE $490.00 CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT" WOW I called Dupuis Dental back to tell them to keep my appointment & was told the appointment is gone. Never asked if I wanted a different date & very rude. I will never return the office staff is the worst & cant believe they get paid for that!!!!! "BEWARE"

I have been a patient here for years. I never had a problem until I needed a new front tooth. The girl that took the impressions seemed to be very inexperienced. She had to do it at least 4 times. She finally went to get someone else to help her and that girl was upset at her for asking for help. When my front tooth was put in by Dr. Bhatti, he pushed it up into my gums, never offered me a mirror, and walked out of the room. When the girl was ready to let me go I asked if I could have a mirror. I was very unhappy with the new tooth since I had a large space which wasnt there before. I asked to see Dr. Bhatti. When he came back in the room I explained that I didnt like the large space in my mouth. He said "what do you want?". When I came back to complain I was told that Dr. Dupuis was on vacation and that I should write a letter. Dr. Bhatti treated me like garbage. I had to go back and have it done all over again. I think the patient should have a chance to see the finished tooth before it is cemented in your gums! I have read reviews in the past about this dentist office only wanting your money and now I believe it. The only good thing I can say is that I liked the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. I will be looking for a new place because of Dr. Bhatti. I wouldnt let him work on my dogs teeth.

I went in for a teeth cleaning and after taking a ton of x-rays the Hygienist said I would have to have the teeth cleaning done by their Periodontist who would have to do a "Deep Cleaning". I was sent to the front desk to reschedule and they were having some technical issues and said they would call me later when they could schedule the cleaning. About an hour later I received a call and was told that it was going to cost me $385 to have the cleaning done. So I said that is the charge the insurance company has to pay? And was told that I would have to pay that out of pocket since my insurance company only covers one cleaning per 6 month period. I told her that Dupuis did nothing other then expose me to a large amount of radiation but they didnt do anything to my teeth. My teeth were as dirty as when I went in. Those assholes still billed the insurance company for a cleaning. Then they turned me into a Collection agency over a balance that my wife owed on a crown and the damn insurance is under her name in the first place, since its through her work. So not only did they irradiate me, defraud the insurance company, they damaged my credit as well.

The receptionists are very rude. Had an appointment for Monday December 28th, 2015 for my 3 kids and I. I had to cancel because I had a kidney infection and was unable to stand, let alone drive. The reception asked if Id like to reschedule on January 18th, she had 4 openings available. She had 1 opening at 1045 am, 1 opening at 1130 am and 2 openings at 1215 pm. She scheduled my kids for 3 of the time slots and I told her I would take the 4th. That was when she informed me that Dr. Dupuis wont allow me to have that "available" opening cause I was rescheduling and Id have to come a different day. What?! Your not gonna allow me to pay you for 4 appointments at once?! Well I made a different appointment, hung up, thought about it for a brief moment and called back. What do you know?! they must have 2 rude receptionists! A different girl answered, I explained the conversation, told her how ridiculous this was and that she could cancel all my appointments, Ill be moving on after 15 years. She said "ok, Ill let em know" and hung up on me. Lol.
