I finished my treatment about 2 years ago but the process was a bad but not terrible experience. The Dr. kept pushing back the date I was supposed to get my bands taken off. He would take his time in the beginning but once you pay all of your bill he will rush your treatment and have you thinking you are about to get your braces. Then when my due date came and I asked him when they will be off he told me I was not done with my treatment yet. Why did he have me waste gas coming to appointments every two weeks if they were not coming off soon? Most of those two week appointments he barely changed anything on my braces and when he did it was little stuff. He did most of the work on my braces in the first year and the last month. Due to all the clients at this office they do not have a lot of appointment times open so you have to take whatever they available. I was given appointments that did not fit in with my work schedule and on numerous occasions I barely got to work on time. On a busy day it can take 30 minutes to maybe an hour before you are seen. Sometimes there is no where to sit in the waiting room due to the fact his other clients brought their friends, other family members and/or all their children into the office. The waiting should only be for clients and maybe other person.

Very unprofessional, they almost never ANWSER your phone calls, mess up your appointment dates, and they can be very rude. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. I wouldnt have gone if someone would have told me the things Im telling you right now, but unfortunately I have to stick with it due to " how far along I am" with my braces but luckily I was told I was almost done. But I cant make my next appointment because no one is answering my phone call(s), and when I was trying to sat my next appointment at the building I was rudely ignored.

He is a great orthodontist, but hes always late I had a appointment at 10:00am today the girls got there and open at 10:20 I have to be at work at 12:00 then when they open they act as if their mad at the world. I try to support black owned businesses but the business mind of blacks are so bad the way they run their business. Why make a appointment if they open when they want to.

DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! I TRY SO HARD TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES BUT YOU GUYS ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. MY CHILD HAS MISSED 2 MONTHS OF CHECK UPS BECAUSE THEY NEVERRRRRR ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE FOR A WHOLE MONTH. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

He dupes everyones ins ....leaves braces on long after the 2 yr timeframe as normally promised. I had a colleague end up wit them on for 10 years . Go somewhere else save the headache and time .....0 stars in real life

I sat in the waiting room for a full clock hour waiting to get my braces tightened. I regret starting the braces process with this very unprofessional and slow office. I wouldnt recommend this office to my worst enemy.

Very unprofessional. Always unavailable. I have been calling the office for over 2 months for my release papers and they refuse to send them to my new orthodontist. Unbelievable. Plus hard earned Money wasted.
