I drove 30 min to get here and had to leave because I found out when I arrived I had a balance from 2014. I havent lived at the billing location in almost 2 years and completely forgot I had a balance. When I mentioned they should tell people when they call to make an appointment the front desk lady said, "well they do send bills." She was rude and had a snotty look when I showed her my mihealth card. I could have paid my outstanding balance and todays appointment on Friday. Now I feel horrible for not being able to pay the balance and wasted a bunch of gas money I could have used. The front desk girls snotty attitude was just unnecessary.

One of the best physicians Ive ever met. He does everything he can for his patients. He knows his stuff inside and out. He is great with my kids too. I wish I could give him more stars, because hes earned them. I have experienced an issue or two with the front staff (been a patient of his for over 15 years). But only a couple of times. Regardless, its well worth it to see him.

Dr. Kerwin is a good doctor who knows his stuff. His personality makes you feel comfortable. I almost look forward to getting zapped by him.
