For acne and blemish problems in general save your time and money and try Biotin supplements from Krogers or Wal-Mart and use an acne scrubbing kit (such as Proactiv). This place will only give you costly medication and ointments to put on your face that do pretty much the same thing. Everyone at this location was friendly and the medical staff seemed qualified but the first and only solution they offered to me to fix my acne costed my insurance company 1,000s of dollars for just a single prescription. I took this prescription, Tetracycline, for a while until this office said they wouldnt refill it unless a came in for a second visit, for whatever reason... maybe to take a second photo of my skin for a before and after shot to see if the medicine made it improved. I considered a second visit a waste of time and have no idea why they couldnt just keep prescribing me the medicine so I stopped taking it. The prescription, tetracycline, worked but the side-effects are really bad, if you go out into the sun for only mere seconds it will feel like your skin is on fire. TRY THE KROGER BRAND BIOTIN

It was my first visit to this office today and I saw Megan Peck. I previously went to a dermatology office in Grove City for a year that I wasnt too fond of, so I found this new office thru online services. I went for acne management since Ive struggled so long with it. One thing that really stood out to me is that the office takes pictures when you first visit to keep track of any progress. When you have problem with acne, its an up & down battle between okay days and bad days. Unlike at my old derm, Ill never have to "I guess its better" if Im having a good day. Megan also talked me thru medication and spent time working to minimize out-of-pocket expenses. On my way out, she sent me home with a weeks worth of samples of my prescribed medication and different moisturizers to try, along with some coupons. Megan and the entire staff was so polite and never once made me feel uncomfortable which is a huge positive for me. It also doesnt hurt that the facility is updated and well kept. I will be continuing to see Megan for any skin concerns.

This office is terrible I would not recommend it to anyone. Dr Cassandra is unethical. I went to this office in April 2015 for a mild rash. I was prescribed Avar cleansing pads at a $200.00 a month cost. When I called to ask for something less expensive, the office REFUSED to give me an alternative medication. This was Rosecea!. The pharmacist told me there are lots of less expensive and effective treatments. I went to another doctor and told them of my experience. They said they will NEVER refer anyone to that office ever. That was unethical. Clearly this doctor is getting some sort of kick back for Avar cleansing pads or she is so cocky and arrogant that she cant possibly comprehend how the average person is not going to pay $200 a moth for a facial cleanser!!!! I hope this place goes out of business. I have reported Dr Cassandra to the Ohio State Medical Board for her behavior.

I have seen Dr. Costanza several times and my children have also seen her for various skin issues. Not only is she the nicest dermatologist Ive ever seen, she is by far the most knowledgeable. She has seen me for medical problems and also cosmetic procedures and I just cant say enough good things about her. One thing I particularly like about her is her concern with how much things will cost. She is great about telling you what will not be covered by insurance and how much it will cost to treat, so you are aware up front. The prices for cosmetic procedures are very reasonable. The office staff here is wonderful as well! Every single person Ive encountered in the office is so friendly, kind and very accommodating. I recommend Signature Dermatology every time someone asks for a dermatologist recommendation.

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this practice! I have been a patient here for about a year now and my condition brings me into the office frequently. The front desk staff are always cheerful and welcoming and quick to get me into my appointments. I see Dr. Costanza normally but I would recommend any of the providers --they are all great! Dr. Costanza has been so thorough to assist me in my treatment and is always very courteous to my ideas. My experience has been so well that even my 13 year old daughter is now a patient. I am very pleased with the care my family and I receive and they really know how to deliver the WOW factor.

Although the dermatologist very pleasantly helped my daughter on her first (and only) visit, the office staff asked for my SSN, even though my wife provided all my insurance information, sufficient to be reimbursed. When I declined their request to provide my SSN as a condition to seeing my daughter again, I received a certified letter cancelling her follow-on appointment. They seem like good dermatologists, but any medical practice that gives you no choice but to provide your SSN and imperil your identity, as a condition to being seen, is one I cannot recommend.

Ive been going here for almost three years for my acne and I love it. I tried almost every over the counter acne product and nothing worked, and Proactiv made my skin even worse. A friend told me that she had a good experience at Signature, so I decided to make an appointment. Ever since then Ive been on a daily routine for my acne and my skin is virtually always clear. The staff is very friendly here and Dr. Costanza did a great job at coming up with a regiment that works the best for my skin.

I have been going to Signature Dermatology for 3 years now and will continue to go back. The office is very clean and the staff is so friendly. I never have to wait long to see the doctor. One time they even worked me into the schedule for an emergency before I had to leave for vacation. Both physicians are professional and have always addressed my concerns w care! I also appreciated their expert advice on cosmetic issues. Ive left the office each time feeling satisfied with my care.

Not impressed with this practice. Sat on hold for 8 minutes, called back, and sat on hold again for another few minutes. Got frustrated and hung up. This practice is getting too big for its own good. I have heard from others that the no show fee is ridiculous, maybe they can take the no charge fees and hire more people!!! Will be taking business elsewhere. The doctors may be good, but not worth what I have heard about the practice and experienced so far.

I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Cassandra & Dr. Costanza were absolutely wonderful when I had a procedure done on my lower lip. I had a question after office hours and Dr. Cassandra herself followed up with me that same night. They made sure I was comfortable and also called the following day to see how everything was feeling/healing. I will continue to be a patient for any future needs. Also very happy with the procedure outcome.

This practice is all about the patient. The staff is professional, they do not book multiple overlapping appointments as they understand the importance of and respect peoples time. This is all great but the real reason you need to come is the Doctors - they know what they are talking about. I was prescribed only what I needed and actually was talked out of buying all the products I THOUGHT I needed. You will not be disappointed!
