My first visit was the week of 3/7/18. Dr. Mather was very thorough explaining her preliminary diagnosis. The PA and the office staff were very courteous and professional. The prescriptions I needed were called into my pharmacy which saved me the time from having to drop them off and return later in the day to pick up them up. My only complaint was the amount of time I had to wait. My appointment was for 3:00 pm, I arrived approximately 20 minutes early (as requested) and was promptly checked in. A gentleman came in after me - closer to 3:00 and said he had a 3:00 appointment - same time as mine-and he was taken in first. I didnt see the Dr until almost 4:00. When Im away from work, I either get docked pay for the time Im away or I have to make the time up . I didnt appreciate losing an hour or more pay. Im hoping it is not normal practice to double book appointment times. The staff did apologize for the wait, but offered no explanation. If it was an "emergency" situation, I would have understood completely. Even though my job responsibilities are quite different than the Drs, I feel that my time is just as valuable as hers - just for different reasons. I do have another appointment scheduled, and Im hoping that I wont encounter the same wait. Other than the long wait, my experience was positive, and even though its only been a few days, the medication prescribed for me seems to be working. Please take my comments as construction criticism.

I am very pleased with my experience at Access Dermatology. My referring oncologist was able to get an appointment for me without a long wait though I understand they are currently booking appointments for May. I was taken in for my appointment on time and there was no wait time in the exam room. Dr. Mather gave me very complete and easy to understand information about my condition and the treatment instructions. They were also able to give me a printout of all my information before I left since notes were taken on a tablet during my visit with the doctor. I will definitely go back to Access Dermatology for treatment and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Friendly staff and Doctors, Knowledgeable, they were able to tell me what was happening on my skin and helped me feel older. All of my conditions were age related and not CANCER, good to know when you are fighting that 6 letter word. I would recommended them to everybody!
