Dr Bendo is great his scheduling staff on the other hand is horrible. I saw Dr Bendo previosly about a red spot on my nose. He recommend a laser treatment to clear it up. I called a few months later to schedule the laser treatment and his staff assured me this was an in office procedure. Upon arriving to his office I was called back and informed that they do not offer the treatment in this office. So I pretty much left work 3 hours early and drove 30 miles to find out that I need to make another appointment at a difference location with a different doctor. You would think his staff would know what is offered in house but guess not. Horrible waste of time and money.

Dr. Bendo is fantastic. However, I am EXTREMELY frustrated with his front desk staff. I have been trying to get a hold of them for MONTHS to schedule an appointment. I have called different days of the week, various times throughout the day, and they NEVER answer my phone calls or respond back to my voicemails. If Dr. Bendo were not so great, I would find another dermatologist due to his front-desk staff being absolutely AWFUL at what they do.

Dr. Bendo AND his staff are so unbelievably kind, efficient, and professional. They have been more than gracious since my very first appointment. Everything is always thoroughly explained to full understanding and they always have time for you if you call with questions. After my initial appointment, I have typically been able to call in and be seen same day (the staff actually *checks* for cancellations!!

Had an issue with insurance and needed to get in to see Dr. Bendo quickly, prior to leaving town. The staff was hugely helpful and friendly. Dr. Bendo quickly identified the problem, treated it, was extremely elaborate in his explanation for post-op treatment, and I was on my way. Id highly recommend Dr. Bendo and his office and will most certainly be back in the near future!

I like Dr. Bendo. He is friendly and listens to everything you say. He also has a "take care of business" attitude that gets you in and out. I have never had a long wait. The office staff is very friendly and the location is great because it isnt in a busy downtown area.
