The staff is very friendly and I am sure they know just as much about rehabilitation as other physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. However my impression is that the place was very disorganized and understaffed for the number of patients. After two visits I have decided to go elsewhere. Why did I feel it was disorganized? Well, for starters, the person who scheduled my physical therapy session knew I would need to be in therapy for several weeks but scheduled me to have my evaluation with a therapist who was leaving at the end of my first week. So I wasnt really able to work with him. Also, the physical therapy assistants who worked with me on the exercises were working with several people at a time. It felt scattered to me. I didnt feel like anybody was really paying attention to me. Finally, although a candy bowl and cooler full of pop bring a "fun" atmosphere to the office and its nice how the staff encourages everyone to help themselves to drinks and snacks while theyre waiting, it doesnt seem like the most healing environment. And on my second visit one of the therapist assistants was going around the room figuring out who wanted to order pizza... My feeling is its kind of a party atmosphere at Probility and people are certainly friendly. But if youre in physical therapy to overcome a serious health issue, especially if you want to lose weight, this might not be the best place.

My surgeon prescribed physical therapy following major reconstructive foot surgery. I had been totally non-weight bearing for nine weeks and was on crutches and not even able to drive when I started the physical therapy at Probility. Range of motion was very limited. When I finished five months later, I was walking normally, able to go up and down stairs without difficulty and had good range of motion. The physical therapist spent a great deal of time working on the muscles in my foot, ankle and leg; she also successfully worked to reduce the swelling in my foot. The physical therapists recommended compressions socks runners used; these also helped reduce the swelling. My main physical therapist communicated regularly with my surgeon and was careful to follow the doctors orders. The trainers were also very professional and highly qualified. They were encouraging and careful to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. They provided illustrated instructions for me to take home so I could continue the exercises at home. They also recommended exercises that I could do in the pool. All of the staff were friendly and professional. While I hope I dont need physical therapy again any time soon, I would certainly return to Probility if I do. I would also highly recommend Probility to anyone needed physical therapy.

I am preparing for double knee replacement this Fall. It was recommended that PT before surgery could help strengthen muscles that pain has kept me from using properly and make recovery after surgery easier and faster. I have never had PT before, and didnt know what to expect. I have found the staff at Probility to be exceptionally thorough and professional. My first visit included an extensive session to determine what muscles and joints needed attention as well as assistance understanding the exercises I need to do to improve those areas. On my second visit, the staff was again very helpful, listening carefully to what problems I was experiencing and doing their best to help me understand both what I was doing wrong and how to make corrections. I am very pleased with the professionalism of both the PT staff and those who work behind the desk.

Over the last few months, Ive been dealing with pain I could not explain, that made it nearly impossible for me to move or walk. Blood tests and scans showed nothing wrong. I was directed to this location by my primary care doctor. The therapists at Probility have located and found various issues, some where the injury was in a different place than the pain was, or even incorrect ways I move and carry myself. Things Id had likely had for years, and somehow never even noticed or paid attention to. I feel and function better after each appointment. Yes, it looks nice inside, but that isnt the places only charm. Every single person on staff is friendly, helpful, intelligent, good humoured, and make my appointments the best part of my week. I cant imagine finding better care anywhere else.

Ive suffered from many injuries in the past and consequently have spent a lot of time at various physical therapy places. Probility has the BEST model for pt that I have ever experienced. The first half of your session is always spent one on one with a certified physical therapist and they focus on manual manipulation of the injured area. Manual manipulation helps to release tight muscles, realign things that are out of place and prime the muscles to get the most out of the strength training exercises. The one on one time allows the physical therapist to really address the heart of the problem that led to your injury. I really think Probility has it down in terms of the best treatment methods for injuries. I recommend it to everyone I know that has to go to physical therapy.

The inside of this place is fancy, no questions about it. I would go with my fiancee to her physical therapy appointments just so I could sit in the waiting area and eat the candy. As to her treatment, she went there about 12 times and only had minimal improvements. Oftentimes she would leave there very sore after the therapist had tried to reposition things inside of her shoulder or hip. She ultimately stopped going because things werent getting better and we hadnt seen a single bill yet (good thing too, it was something like $400 for the 12 visits). Her shoulder and hip still have some problems 8 months later. Probility probably helped some, but they just didnt seem to really know what they were doing sometimes.

I was told by my therapist, as well as the secretary that all of my visits were approved by my insurance. I made sure to pay my copay before my therapy session every time I came to Probility. I ended up being sent a bill for $128, including a sessions that were not covered by my insurance. My therapist had encouraged me to do extra sessions, and I wonder if perhaps she was wrong or lied about my insurance being able to cover these sessions. Unfortunately the therapy made only marginal improvements. Personally I believe Dr. Harwood at St. Joes gave me more valuable advice and better exercises and I only had one visit there.

I had the best experience at Probility after coming from an achilles tendon surgery. The best staff from the receptionist to the P.T staff, all around brilliance. Tremendously satisfied from day one until the day I graduated from the pivotal treatments and exercises. My first impression was great family environment with great friendly staff. Walked in as a patient/client and left as a friend to all. I would recommend Probility to anyone trying to recover from some sort of injury. I was there four years ago and up to now I am so thankful for going there.

Fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but they also pushed and encouraged me in the best possible ways. Everyone with whom I worked, especially Lindsey and Chad, was wonderful; I was kind of sad when my time with them ended. The work we did together helped me get into an exercise and physical maintenance routine that has me feeling 18 again; I know thats a cliche, but it is true.
