Went there this evening to get help for a skin tag. Paid $105 up front to find out in under 3 minutes that they would not help because they were not equipped to biopsy it. We were not even offered our money back because they couldnt help. I guess they figured 3 minutes is worth it. Went to another facility and it was removed. If you cannot help someone then you should refund their money. Not everyone makes your salary. Very disappointed in this place. UPDATE...I was contacted today about my concerns, and was finally given some answers to my questions. I spoke to the regional manager. She was very helpful and understanding with my situation. I was also very understanding to their point of view. Just in dealing with situations it is easy to get caught in the moment. I take full responsibility for that. Together we were able to work out a satisfactory conclusion to our situation. OUR Urgent Care really does care about their patients. I was very impressed by the time and effort that was put into making us feel, that we were not just a number. So for their efforts and resolution, I would give them 5 stars.

Im not one to complain but this Dr was a joke. I complained of abdominal pain and he insisted on a chest xray. No urine sample was taken even when I insisted that might be a good idea since I have a history of utis. Told me to go to ER that I may have gal bladder problems. Like I can afford that right!! Isnt that what urgent care is for? Next day went to my General Practioner he diagnosed a kidney infection within 5 minutes. He laughed when I told him about the chest xray. I think I would have gotten a chest xray if I said my toe hurt. Anyway he immediately prescribed an antibiotic my 103 fever broke within an hour. Who was that guy? Was he a doctor? Lesson learned......suffer till monday when the real doctors are available. By the way the guys name was Raikar Sudhir.

I am currently being charged $363 for my first and absolutely last visit to this place! If I had known my Cigna healthcare plan was out of network, I would have left immediately and tried to have gone to the walk-in clinic at Walgreens! They would have charged me $75! Wish they would have told me, but of course, they must have been feeling pretty greedy, which is a crummy thing to do to an unsuspecting patient. The desk staff were not friendly, the nurse was brief, the medication I received did not help me heal completely. I do not recommend this place for those with medical plans like mine where already we dont have much covered, but we still should be given full transparency of costs. $363 down the drain, but hey, it lines their pockets so why do they care?

Excellent. I made an appointment online because I was working. I showed up a few minutes prior to my appointment time, filed out my paperwork and was taken back right on time. The nurse was efficient and quick! The nurse practitioner was the same as well as empathetic and kind. My entire experience was nothing short of amazing considering any dr I see now usually makes me wait at leads 10-20 minutes. I would highly recommend the quality of care and timeless. They respected my time which was refreshing. I will absolutely return if ever needed. Walk ins are welcome as well. I made a same day appointment, it was only 30 minutes from the time i booked it to the appt time. Best health care I have received in years!

This is the best facility in Maryland Heights. Much better than the Walgreens Clinic which has waits and can never accommodate people. Besides, I will be going here from here on out because the staff was competent, very friendly and reassuring, and treated me with respect and gave me just the right prescriptions that treated my chronic issues. I hadnt had the proper relief from anywhere other than the hospital until I came here. Thank you so much! You were a Godsend last night, and as I left and walked out the door, I made sure to thank all the ladies at the front desk and triage desk "Thank you for the excellent care!" I will never go anywhere else - better than my own doctors office!

Went in for an issue with my eye. They processed me quickly. After th paperwork was filled out, I waited for only about 5 minutes and was called back. They correctly diagnosed it as pink eye and sent in my prescription. They were very knowlegeable and gave me all of the information I needed and my pink eye cleared up as expected by following their instructions and nobody else had gotten it in the household. I was in and out in about 25 minutes and I was able to only use my lunch hour for work. Great service and friendly people here! I highly recommend tgis Urgent Care facility! Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience here! We were visiting from another state when our 5 month old son had an allergic reaction to the pollen in the area. It wasnt an emergency but we were unsure about why his eyes were bloodshot red for days. The service was quick, friendly, and extremely patient. Seriously, a great experience! My husband and I talked about it on our way out the door, which was about 30 min from the time that we got there. Were extremely satisfied with this place, from the front office staff to the doctor. I cant say enough nice things about them!

My daughter is going to a summer camp and she needed a medical exam in order to go. So we went to different places to get her medical exam but the problem is that they dont take my insurance. The only place to go was our urgent care and when we got there and they took my insurance and we got it all set up. Then during the exam my daughter weres glasses but she didnt bring them. We didnt know because this is the first medical exam ive seen. So our urgent care said they can wait for me to get the glasses. Man what a day!

Just took my one year old son for Pink eye and they were absolutely wonderful. I been to the SSM urgent Care across the street from them in the past and they were okay but after going to this Urgent Care this will now be the one I go to from now on so if you have a choice choose this Urgent Care. The staff and doctors were so friendly and were fast but not pushing you out the door hurry up with your problem fast they spent the needed time with my family and made me feel like they handled every issue. 10 stars!

Greeted upon arrival. Clean waiting room. Polite staff. Bp tech (Charisse) was sincerely kind and reassuring. There were a few pts ahead of me but when they were alerted I was having a possible emergency reaction, the nurse practitioner (Lacey) came in immediately. The whole appt was prompt, thorough, personalized, and professional. I was unaware how prepared these places are but I will be using this as my primary care resource for as many issues I can and will recommended this office to anyone I encounter.

I had to visit this urgent care location to get a cyst taken out of my head that I have had for years but had recently started to really irritate me. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by the friendly staff and taken back as soon as I finished my paperwork. The doctor that saw me was great and removed the bump from my head with no pain to myself. Best of all the cyst has not returned. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone that wants quick and friendly service.
