DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST Do not use this dentist. She is a joke of a dentist, and person. My family paid $2,000 plus for services that were not done correctly, and caused possible permanent damage in areas that never should have occurred. This office, including the Hispanic (Im assuming/who knows) woman who handles the finances, will be nice to you until you pay. I had one scheduling conflict, and they couldnt reschedule me for 2 MONTHS after having taken payment. Why were they so able to fit me in at first? They just want the money. They do not care about the patient. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY STEER CLEAR OF THIS DENTIST. She is very heavy handed with the drill and numbing agents. She shot my lower left jaw with numbing agent and actually hit the nerve- the whole left side of my face was ridiculously numb ,including my eye. I couldnt close my left eye in sleep for months after this. Its finally now getting better. They told me I would be getting that side cleaned after she fixed the cavities, actually they meant to come in another day, which is why I dont understand why she used so much to get me numb considering I wasnt even having my cleaning that day like how they had said. Not to mention again, she is not aware of the sensitive nerves in the face to be avoided. I actually think she did it on purpose. no one will be ugly like her though!! Trust me when I say this. Also, after treatment, I noticed a perfect circle sized "fleck" (indentation) directly in the middle of my front right tooth. This was not there before, and it looks as if it was caused by some sort of drill or instrument. Was there a cavity there? No. She just wanted to try to make me ugly like her, again! I now have a little hole in my front right tooth, direct center, for no reason, only because she is a sloppy slob. I asked her to fix it, and she stuck a tool in the small perfect circled hole, dug around (probably caused it to be more indented) and said "it couldnt be fixed". Maybe she should avoid making mistakes that cant be fixed. Trust me when I say I will not walk about with a tiny bullet hole in the middle of my front right tooth the rest of my life! She barely speaks English, and did promise me a partial refund... She said, "sorry for hurting you". Turns out, this "refund" became a "one time free cleaning to be used in the next 30 days", although at the bottomof that letter, it also said to get my teeth cleaned within the next 4 months. Why would I need my teeth cleaned within the next 30 days, after just having them cleaned, when really,I needed (or would have appreciated) a partial refund to perhaps help pay for the eye doctor I needed to see BECAUSE OF HER as well as a new dentist to fix the fleck in my tooth, again, that was CAUSED BY HER. THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She promised me a partial refund to my face, even questioning me "is this about the money?" In which is responded, "Of course not! I just have to see many other doctors because of the damages you caused! Also it would make me feel better as you would be accepting some sort of responsibility for your poor work!" All she had to do was follow through on her word of reimbursing us for her careless mistakes, but instead, I am told by this rude Hispanic on the phone that "Oh (my name), you know youre lying." She referred to how upset I was as a "treat". These people are sickening. IMMEDIATELY AFTER SHE SHOT MY JAW AND HIT THE NERVE I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT MY EYE. THEY NEVER ONCE SAID TO LOOK OUT FOR LAGOPHTHALMOS OR TO GET IT CHECKED OUT. I HAD TO LEARN ON MY OWN, WITH MY EYE BEING SO DRY AND NOT CLOSING AT NIGHT. It is my recommendation that anyone perhaps seek out a Jewish Dentist, or anyone besides this joke Angelina Anisimova. She is a heavy handed cow.

My experience was awesome. I just got dental insurance, and after not going to the dentist for a few years, I was worried. I moved here several years ago and didnt have a dentist here. I picked Angelinas office because it is close to my house. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The helped me w financing for my remainder balance. I had 2 crowns just put in yesterday. They did The crowns in house. I got to relax and watch Dr Phil while they were being made. Afterwards. Dr Anisimovia gave me a nice present after it was all over. That I love!!!! Having more work done in a couple months on my teeth. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!

I absolutely loved my total experience from, walking in the front door, meeting everyone of the staff... To each and every step in analyzing my situation to, follow through... Making sure I was 100% satisfied with my replacement crown! This was my first experience with this office and I am going back again tomorrow for more work! I want to say thank you so much for a experience I look forward to repeating! Id rate the overall experience 100 out of 100! And Im smiling again:) ddm

Ive never had as good an experience at any dental office in St. Louis as I have at Dr. Anisimovas office. Everyone has been welcoming and very pleasant at every appointment I have had. I have had no problems scheduling appointments or getting them rescheduled. They went above and beyond making sure my insurance covered my new retainers before I got them. They also replaced them after there was an issue with them no questions asked. I highly recommend this office!!

Dr. Anisimova is very kind and thoughtful throughout the procedures. Ive been going to her for almost two years and I have never felt more comfortable with any other dentist. I never feel any pain while in her care and she asks how Im doing throughout. Her and her staff show great respect and compassion from beginning to end. Roxanna is great too, she will help you get the job done as your budget dictates and will help you figure out alternatives.

Dr. A has been providing my dental care for the past 3+ years. As much as one can say this about going to the dentist (I know, right!), I am very happy with her services. She and the staff are great. If you are looking for a dentist in the area, try them out. They are easy to find and ask about special incentive pricing for initial visits. Tellem Gary sent ya!

I switched to this Dr as a new patient last year. I had to have an old filling replaced and have a crown put on. They were able to build the new crown in the room with me in about an hour. They were nice and the crown fits fine and Im having no issues with pain or anything. Overall a good experience.

Each person was very kind and personable, as well as spent time answering my questions and just talking. The new patient procedure was very thorough and the staff each seem to be proficient in what their job requires. Definitely a great experience that doesnt make going to the dentist a drag.

Ive been going to Dr. Anisimova for about 10 years. She does excellent work and really cares about her patients. I miss Jan who was my hygienist and has moved away. Lora did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth while being very gentle and friendly. I highly recommend this dentist.
