Absolutely terrible. This place has inconvenient hours, rude staff, and will be sure to stick you as much as they can if you need so much as a referral. I was unfortunate enough to have been assigned this place as my primary physician, and will be sure to make a call to my insurance company to switch it promptly. I simply needed a referral to check a lump on a private region, and had to jump through multiple hoops to even see the head nurse practitioner, Renee Willer. After that fiasco, my financial situation plummeted, and I had neither the time nor the money to undergo the procedures to get my lump checked out. When tides began to settle around 6 months later, I was rudely told that my referral was no longer accepted, and I would have to come in for another. After the interrogation of the practitioner as to why I had not gotten an ultrasound occurred, she gave me yet another referral and seemed rather annoyed that she had to see me again. It took no more than 5 minutes for this interaction, and I was charged upwards of $100. Jesus, I wish I made that kind of money for 5 minutes of my time. The Ultrasound itself was the most time-consuming and useful aspect, and that was a reasonable $30! Let me ask you Renee, do you honestly think you deserve to be making $1,200 an hour??? Thats more than I make in a month, and I at least treat my clients with respect. I will not be returning.

Renee needs to manage her rude staff and make sure her work and her staffs work is 100% complete. After being treated very rudely by Brandi on several occasions I decided to bring it to Renees attention. Only to be told "Brandi is one of the nicest people I know!, she may be nice to Renee but not to her patients (customers)! This is not an isolated incidence and from my understanding there are patients that hang up when Brandi answers the phone. One of my refills were called in incorrectly, I called the office upset, for it to only escalate after Brandis remark of "you should check your medications when you pick them up"! Dont blame your error on someone else. My last visit recently Renee said she needed to get blood test done for my medication refills, which originally I was going to do but after our discussion on how her office has treated me, I said I would have to return for the blood test. The last straw was Renee slamming the door as I was existing the medical building. What a violent act. How can Renee manage her office staff when she cant control her self. When one of your patients comes to you about your staff maybe try listening next time instead of slamming doors!!! Kyle, has nothing to do with "not being able to be pleased", has everything to be treated in a professional manner. I did not criticize your review. Respect the right to everyone having an opinion.

lol I dont know how Kyle was trolling your review, note his review was made the month before yours. If you honestly want the best caring, comprehensive care and your ailments throughly diagnosed Renee is what you have been searching for, after seeing six or so quacks (drs) since losing my good doctor eight years ago I finally have proper primary care, worth the drive, really, its that good. Better jump on it while she still has room for you in the practice, guarantee she will fill up quick. I have a needle phobia so Im extra sensitized to those type of necessary procedures, not only do I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about, they only perform these procedures on me when absolutely necessary and have the kindest patience Ive ever experienced, actually totally awesome they do this in office, everyone else Ive ever been to outsources this to the inexperienced mean punk kids over at quest, talk about bad experiences, I dont care if you dont like needles, let me hack (jab away) at your arm, Im late for my shift at Taco Bell, pops Staff has always been kind, extra caring, patient, go the extra mile just like Renee. I dont usually review anything but others finding the help they need required setting this record straight. Thanks for a great job always Renee & Staff !!!!

They are threatening to send a $5.00 bill to a collection agency. This bill was for a Visit that was over a year ago. It took over a year for them to realize I owed them $5.00 ? I have no idea if I really owe them or not . I do not send people money just because they ask for it. Over $5 they have lost a customer.

Me and my family love Renee and the staff i will admit we were sceptical at first like with every doctor but Renee has turned out to be great for the whole family. She doesnt force medicines or vaccines that you arent necessary. I will continue to have her as my families dr until she is no longer a dr.

Rude staff!!! They were suppose to order my newborn shots and they wouldnt unless someone else orders with them so they can get a discount. I switched doctors. My kids shots are important than group ordering for a discount. This happened more than once.
