When I lived in the Pacific,Missouri area I took all my small pets to Pacific animal hospital. I have used all the services available,except dog grooming because my pets were short coated. I and my pets received the very best of care from the staff. After I leave here from Maries Manor, in ViennaMo. Iam going to Rolla,Mo. Then Im coming back "home" and will definitely come back to pacific,animal,hospital. Dr.Jones Dr.Heizel and Dr. Bouse were excellent,Especially when I had to have one of my beloved pets euthanized, which is sometimes the most humane thing to do and the hardest part of owning a pet.Ah, Iam looking forwrd to moving back. Thank all of you for the years of excellent care given to all of my pets and the help you have been to me, Micheline(Micky) Kribs,Vienna,MO. See you in the not to distant future.

Well I must say I am so impressed with this animal hospital--I had heard good things from neighbors and being dissatisfied with our current vet (due to always pushing "tests" on our 13 year old dog, who doesnt need tests, he is just old); I decided to check out Pacific Animal Hospital and have found it to be such a good place! Today I went there just as they had locked the doors because i needed help with something and they were so kind to allow me in and they all were so kind to me and even the vet came out and helped me and I could not be more thankful that I have a new vet to take our 3 dogs to...2 old dogs and 1 young! I have only been there once but have found them to be most knowledgable and helpful!

They give such good care to each animal and their humans. The staff were so understanding and helpful in such a scary time for me and my pet. My cat recently had to have surgery that I could not afford and they referred me to a non-profit organization that helped pay for it, Farleys Fund. I never have a problem getting a hold of someone at PAH and they always are quick to respond to any concerns.

They amputate kittens on all four feet without giving them a chance to use other options. There is a new peer-reviewed study in the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery-Pain and Adverse Effects in Declawed Cats which shows how barbaric the declaw procedure is. Everyone knows vets who declaw are in it for the money only, while a declawed cat will suffer silently until death.

Had to bring two of my cats here to be put to sleep and the clinic offered to have them cremated. Before they did, they shaved off a small patch of their fur and sealed them in small plastic bags. It helps me to remember my babies fondly. Thank you whoever did that.

I wouldnt take my pup anywhere else. For him to willingly walk into a vet office says all I need to know. The staff here is highly educated, professional and kind. I have recommended them to my neighbors and like I said, I wouldnt take my little guy anywhere else.

This hospital condones and provides FOUR PAW DECLAWS on cats. I provided educational advice on their Facebook page. No arguing, no bashing. Simply education, such as a link to "The Paw Project." I have now been blocked, and educational links deleted.
