(((((((((((((((((((((WARNING WARNING WARNING DIed in November))))))))))))) $300.00 out of pocket later I had taken my beautiful boxer that was with us for 9 awesome years to Franklin Count Animal Medical Center. He had a massive cyst on his neck that I had asked the vet about getting removed, He had assured me that if it was his pet that he would remove this. He had made me feel very confident about this surgery, that everything would be OK.He mentioned that with surgery, it does come with risks. but his confidence in this surgery going well, he really sold it to me that everything would be good, and if he got in there and seen issues, that he would close it back up and Rex would live with it, I could not try to make my Little buddy more comfortable. Left him there on Thursday that evening surgery, Thursday evening They called, everything was great. he was waking up. By Friday afternoon found out from my daughter that he died, Never contacted us. Dr Thomson said not to worry about any more payment. They would write the rest off for our loss. February in good trusting faith, I was going to bring my 2 new baby Boxers to them for their checkup. Only to find out today. We still have a balance due? and Nikki in accounting told me that Dr Thomson refuses to talk to me I had not one cross word with him. I expressed how deeply saddened our family was about loosing such a awesome family member.and now, not treat my new puppies. Because I have a balance that I was told not to worry about from Dr. Thompson. There is something wrong with this group of people. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR LOVED ONES>Not joking. No respect for myself or my family after this.

This place is a freaking joke! My cat was neutered here and when I picked him up after I got off work he was in his kennel and saturaded in his own urine after they did the surgery!!!! If my cat gets infected and dies Im gonna flip!! Hes part of our family!!!! They didnt even care when I said something to them!!! Then they said I couldnt give him a bath! That I could wipe him down with wipes!!! Okay its obvious he pissed his kennel you could smell it!!! I am so mad AMD so very very very UN satisfied with my experience !!! I will never go back or reccomend these people to anyone!!!!!

The staff and doctors are amazing! Everyone is so nice and understanding. They take time out of their day to see my animals at any time, emergency or not. They are really good about seeing my animals as soon as possible. The staff answers all my questions in depth and in a way that I can understand. They all treat my animal as if it is their own and give me their straight forward opinion about decisions that I may have to make. I would trust them with the care of my animals at any time. Great place! I would recommended them to anyone!

Awesome, wonderful are two words that I use to describe the Drs and staff here. We use them not only for our farm animals but for our personal pets. I can say that all the Drs and their staff are extremely knowledgable, professional,and compassionate. I couldnt have asked for any better care for my precious 3 lb teacup poodle when he was ill. I recommend this clinic all the time, and never had anyone regret going to them.

This place is awesome. I took my dog Cooper here when I had no idea what was wrong with him. He was lethargic and refused to eat or go outside. I brought him in and Dr. Tainter said it could be a blocked colon. I left him there over night. And the next day I came to check on him. They had performed surgery and he was up and eating. And even trying to play. Would recommend this place to anyone.

VIVIAN ANGLIN

We have seen several of the vets at this clinic for both our cat and our dog and they were unfailingly gentle and compassionate with both the animals and ourselves. The staff are also gems, very friendly, helpful and kind in what must often be a trying situation. We have been very blessed to find care for our beloved pets here. I would recommend them to any pet owner in Franklin County.

I have been using FCAMC for 4+ yrs. I recently had an emergency for my 4 legged son. The staff bent over backwards to treat my dog and make me feel at home. I cant thank them enough for their generosity and compassion while going through a very difficult time.

Really great treating my little pug Buddy. He has arthritis. Dr Thompson always sees him and prescribes a medication. They are all very caring people and have treated my dog exceptionally when caring for him.
