We have been taking our dogs to Manchester West for years now and we couldnt ask for a better doctor and staff! Our Dr. Bectal is very thorough, listens extremely well, and does only what is necessary for the treatment of your animal. They never try and sell us things, and if youre having a hard time with money that month, they offer payment options because they truly care and understand. I cant praise this place enough! I whole heartedly trust everyone working there, they truly are the best around! One of my favorite things about them is they give you a follow up call about 4 days after your visit just to make sure your furbaby is doing well! Thank you Manchester West for everything you guys do!!

My dog, Rosie, and cat, Eli, have been going to Manchester West for 4 years. We first took Rosie in for grooming with Dawn and she did an amazing job. I could tell Rosie felt very comfortable with her. We then switched from our previous vet because Manchester Wests prices were better. We love our vet, Dr, Stauder. She is so caring with Rosie and Eli, very experienced, and always takes the time to answer our questions. 2 years ago we moved to Augusta, and we will always make the drive to Manchester West. Thank you for the excellent service!!

Decided to give their grooming a try since its close to home. Made an appointment the receptionist on the phone asked for me to bring the dogs shot records when I arrive. Taking 2 excited dogs to the groomers in the car is no easy task lol.. Get there this morning hand over my records. Well little did I know this groomers requires the Lepto Vaccine. My dogs do NOT have it because it is NOT a required vaccine. She said its a 2 part vaccine and they can get it today and still have the dogs groomed. What a $$$ scam!!

Outstanding vet service! My wife and I have been taking our dogs to Manchester West Veterinary Hospital since 2011. My three kids also take their dogs there as well. Weve had great service from Doctor David Roberts and his two associates, Doctor Mary Stauder and Doctor Matt Bechtel. The vets are kind, understanding and knowledgeable, and the support staff is great as well. You cant go wrong at Manchester West Veterinary Hospital!

The staff calls and sends reminders to show they care about our dog. My husband takes her to appointments and drops by to get her weighed so we keep her weight under control. Vets keep an eye on her fatty tumors, Dr. referred us to VSS earlier this year to remove a large tumor. Staff and doctors are friendly, we have enjoyed several events such as Holiday visits with Santa. We feel comfortable with the care she receives.

Love the staff and doctors at Manchester West! Also, the personal touches like a welcome packet sent to my home, and a follow-up call to see how my dog was doing after her vaccines was so nice. I have not had a vets office call me after vaccines to see how my pet was doing. Its the small things that set, otherwise comparable, places apart and I plan to stay with Manchester West after changing my vet three times.

Ive been taking my pets here for years and I love them ! The way they go about taking care of your animals is truly how they would treat their own ! I had to put my dog down a couple months back and the way they handled it exceeded every expectation I had ! The staff is very knowledgeable and will tell you what you need as opposed to what will make them more money ! Highly recommend them !

Best grooming and vet!!!! I have a pomeranian yorky and she has been to dawn the past year for grooming.I have been to many groomers and dawn is by far the best. I also had to have my dogs baby teeth removed and the vet was great. If I didnt travel so much with my dog this place would be my main vet care. I highly recommend this place they care about your pet and dont try and gouge you.

I would not recommend this vet, the technicians are nice but thats about it. The women who work the front desk are rude and make you uncomfortable if you dont go with the services they recommend. I went in for a few shots and was also charged for an "exam" that added an additional $40.00 to my bill which included looking in my dogs ears and eyes. Completely unessary.
