We took our dog to this clinic for a few months, but drove 45 minutes away to board her, because the kennel facilities are pitiful, with dogs put in cramped quarters with no outside running space. The docs are decent, but the front desk staff were consistently impatient and unpleasant. One time, theyd neglected to give me all the meds Id paid for. When I returned a few minutes later, I had to convince them for ten minutes because they didnt believe me. (Its Heartgard. Im not making meth with it.) Frustrating to argue over something as simple as, "You forgot to put it in the bag. Its right there on he counter, where you left it..." When we left Woodland (after this incident), we requested a copy of her chart, which included a note about me: "Rude, not a pleasant person." (see photo) Unprofessional, juvenile and stupid. There are much better vets and boarding available in Vicksburg. Avoid this place.

The staff if very friendly, the vets are very attentive and quick to answer any questions that you have and the vet prices arent out of line from the other vets that Ive had in Arkansas and Texas.
