I have taken my pets to Dr. Smith for eight years. He is always very compassionate. He explains things and goes over all available options to help you make the best decision for you and your pet.His staff is always happy to see you and always knows my animals names. My dog has boarded there several times and has always been well taken care of and loves going there. When one of my pets passed away the staff was very caring for me and my pet. Dr. Smith was wonderful in handeling this very stressful situation. He spent a lot of time with me and my family. His prices are vey reasonable and the best part is if you need to come back for a recheck he doesnt charge an office visit each time. In my opion he is the best vet in town!

Our puppy was super excited when his papa came home and jumped real high then landed on his hip/leg really hard. Within minutes we took him to the docs and they turned us away. They said no one was there to check him out. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon and they dont close til 5! They advised us to give him some advil and come back the next day. Of course we didnt go back the next day because theres a handful of other dog hospitals and treatment centers in Washington that were willing to check him out immediately. I was apalled that we got turned away. Youre an animal hospital that turns your customers away when their in need. Horrible work ethic. Needless to say well not be returning back there.

Thank goodness for this Veterinarian office ! Had a couple of cats dropped off at my doorstep and fortunately this doctor participates in Opt Spot- a discounted service for spaying & neutering ! Thanks a bunch !

Dr. Smith and his staff are the best. I recently had an emergency with my 15 year old pup and they took her in and treated her asap. My dog always gets VIP care.
