I dont usually write reviews, but for Lifestyle Dental I definitely will. My wife and I have been going here two years now, and we love it. We initially started coming here because of the great things we heard from some of our friends. Its all true. All of the staff are very friendly and they genuinely care about your health. They always take the time needed to do excellent cleanings, to work gently around sensitive areas, to teach you about oral health, and to address any issues/concerns that you may have. Their waiting room is very nice (but usually Im only waiting for 2 or 3 minutes). The rest of the facilities are also very nice. They definitely take pride in their work. My wife and I are very picky about our dentists, and we love it here. We highly recommend them. Also, my wife started Invisalign a while back, and they have been amazing through the whole process. Before she started, they did all the research to figure out how much our insurance would cover and explained exactly what we would be responsible for. The entire process has been very straight forward and pleasant (to include billing/insurance, scheduling, and the actual treatment). Again, we highly recommend them.

Great dentist and hygienists here, but I have had a few issues with their billing person. Once they stopped being a preferred provider for my insurance, but didnt tell me. I was surprised to see my bill when it came because it was much higher than expected. They should have told me about the change in their relationship with my insurance companies before performing the services. After I got new insurance, I returned to the practice because I like the actual providers so well, but again I received a bill that was insanely high. This time, luckily, they just managed to send me the invoice they intended to send to my insurance. Everyone makes mistakes, and Ill still be a patient of this practice, but I wish the office personnel was a bit more competent.

If youre a scaredy cat like me, this is the dentist for you! I had avoided going to the dentist for nearly 20 years, but had to give in last year. Dr Schmidly and the entire staff are wonderful, theyre caring and gentle people. Working together with the Lifestyle team we successfully got through a crown and multiple fillings. Im even to the point now that I can go to an appointment without any anxiety meds - and thats huge! Im so thankful for the kindness of Dr Schmidly and his team. Theyre also great at getting back to you if you have an emergency or need after hours assistance. I cant recommend them enough!

If youre looking for the best dentist office in Springfield, look no further. The entire staff at Lifestyle dental is friendly, professional, and great at what they do. Ive never felt more welcome and comfortable, at any other dentist. Every time I come in to their office they know me by name, they get me in right away, they do excellent work, and they dont just leave me setting in a chair while they work on several other people. I am so happy with my new smile that they gave me, its something Ive wanted for over 20 years, and they made it happen. I will recommend everyone to Lifestyle dental.

They work well together as a unified team and have a mission to create happy, healthy patients. I am currently starting Invisalign. I am excited I can do this at my dentists office.
