I want to give an extremely high compliment to Denmark Dental. I have been coming to Denmark for years. Recently, I had a pain in my back tooth (every time I chewed with it). A filling that I had put in by another dentist about 25 years ago caused a crack in my tooth. Upon examination, it became obvious that I needed a crown. Since a crown is a costly procedure, I was nervous about it. Denmark set the followups with me to get the crown done and they were very helpful in investigating how much my insurance would be covering and how much I would need to cover. They were able to provide an estimate right there at that first appointment. The reason that I appreciated it was that it gave me the ability to save and budget for it. I make very good money, but with it being the holiday season not having the cost unexpectedly blindside me was VERY appreciated. I came in for my first crown procedure and the Doctor discovered that I would need a root canal due to infection. He was able to perform the beginnings of it right there on the spot - instead of having to reschedule for a later date (which is good because it actually eliminated fear that I have when it comes to major dental procedures). I am very VERY difficult to numb with Novocaine. The Doctor was able to numb my gums prior to injecting the first of the Novocaine, then was able to numb me with the Novocaine and then when numb from pain for the injection he was able to inject Novocaine directly into the nerve at the root of my tooth - normally a VERY painful injection. The way he did it made it painless. That shows extreme skill and extreme care for the patient. He was also able to provide nitrous oxide which both relaxed me and helped pain. He performed a root canal on me and I honestly did not feel it. No discomfort, no pain. I repeat - A ROOT CANAL WITH NO PAIN! Also, knowing that I am interested in knowing extreme detail about the procedure being done (that comes from years of discovery channel probably), he accommodated my interest and curiosity about it by explaining every step while he did it (something I had requested). That accommodation alleviated any remaining fear of nervousness that I felt about the procedure. I realize that this is a long and detailed review, but if you are like me and either fear dentistry or typically experience a lot of pain with dental procedures Denmark Dental is the best choice for you. Professional and friendly staff, skilled Doctor and a VERY positive experience with excellent results. One Line Review: Excellent experience, service and quality of care - highly recommended.

In my opinion, Denmark Dental is the Best dental office in town! We have been patients for over 26 years and feel they have the Best staff, Best Dentists, and Best experience overall! The office staff is always welcoming, helpful, extremely kind, and very professional. You will love meeting and working with Gretchen in the front office - she is an amazing ambassador for the practice. Larinda and Sui are also great in their roles supporting Dr. Casper and have extremely high standards for their work. They are awesome people! In addition to providing the Best general dentistry for me and my family, Dr. Casper has also done a considerable amount of cosmetic dentistry for me. His work is outstanding because he is a consummate perfectionist and the job isnt done until the patient is satisfied with the outcome. Even in these long procedures, Dr. Casper is always gentle and kind and spends as much time as necessary to make sure the patient is comfortable while striving to achieve the perfect look. We recently moved from Eagan, but wouldnt think of going any place other than Denmark Dental because they are the BEST!

Best. Dental. Office. Ever. You wont find one with better people. Everyone one there is like family. I always look forward to visiting them! Its like a social event and I enjoy getting caught up with everyone. I just happen to have dental work done while Im there. They are super-friendly, professional and do outstanding work. They bend over backwards to make sure youre comfortable and will never try to pressure you into doing anything you dont want to do or getting high priced procedures you dont need. I recently referred my girlfriend to them and they welcomed her with open arms. It was like I was bringing a fianceé home to meet the family. They treated her like one of their own and she instantly felt at-home. She had been skeptical (before she went in) that they could be so nice, but after she got home, she said those three words I always love to hear...."You were right!" :) They will always have my business and you should give them a try too! Ive been coming to Denmark Dental for a long time, but the past 4-5 years have been increasingly horrible. Every appointment has become something I dread, and I have truly begun to fear the dentist again. Every time I come in for a cleaning, I am overwhelmed with negativity, and seem to only be told of the things I am doing wrong. I have been putting in ample effort to better my oral habits, and to never hear any positive reinforcement makes me lose hope in the progress I have made and the possibility for progress in the future. The cleaning I had yesterday was particularly negative and truly ruined my day. There are many great dentists here, but because of the way I have been treated time and time again, I am not sure that I will return.

I fully recommend Dr. Brandon Helgeson if you are looking for a top flight dentist. My first experience with Dr. Helgeson was on a Friday morning when I contacted his office worried I had a major problem. Dr. Helgeson fit me into his schedule that same morning and made sure everything was ok. Since then I have been in for a full checkup, cleaning, and some other work. Each time, he and the staff at Denmark Dental, did a fine job of explaining everything to me and answering all of the questions I had to make sure I am taking the best care possible of my teeth. They are courteous, professional and even fun, and I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. I am happy to finally say that I found my new dentist!!!

Going to Denmark Dental is great. Ive been going there for over 30 years and get the best care by Larinda, Sui and Dr. Casper. The day always starts well when I note that the front desk receptionist always has a smile on her face! Its easy to make the appointments and feels very comfortable. Great office, great staff, great care. Would not have thought to change dentists even after moving... happy to drive the extra miles to stay with Denmark Dental :-) Great office for children through adults, it always feels like a super comfortable place to be for dental work... strange as that may sound!! The staff at Denmark Dental quickly makes everyone who walks through the door feel like friends.

I USED to hate going to the dentist! Well lets face it none us love and jump up and down to go to dentist! I have been going to this dentist Office for 5 years,my husband since Dr.Casper has been in office. I ha been through root canals,other gum problems and finally HAPPY HAPPY results with estetics last year.I mostly live in Montreal,Quebec ,Now.But Husband having a home in MN,I go back every 4 months for a cleaning,checkup. Dr H is a réal professional,and will not leave you out of office unless he is sure all is okay.ALL the staff is nice,starting when you are greated by Gretchen when you walk in.There is always an emergency number,which is nice to know! I Highly recommend!
