We absolutely appreciate Dr. Fong and her staff. She has gone above and beyond on a few occasions. Once, when my daughter chipped her tooth and the other when my son was having tooth pain. Both times we didnt have appointments and both times she squeezed us in and put my children at ease. My son even has said he wants to be a dentist, just like Dr. Fong. We have been coming to Metro Pediatric Dental for years and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Fong and the entire team at Metro Pediatric Dental: North Oaks for being the BEST!

Called to schedule an appointment, had someone call me back 10 minutes later to schedule for an earlier date. Great, right? Took time off work to go to the appointment, only to find out they had not actually reserved our spot on the schedule afterall. If they cant get somethimg as basic as scheduling right, I am not going to give them a second chance to mess with my kids teeth. Will search for a different pediatric dentist in the TC. They are a dime a dozen. Dont waste your time.

My boys have been coming to see Dr. Fong for three years (since they were 1 1/2). Not once have they cried or been scared to get their teeth cleaned. They do a great job and we are in and out in no time. Great service. Would recommend.

The clinic staff are wonderful except Dr. Michael Flamenbaum, he terrified my child few years ago and since my child refuses to go to dentist. He was aggressive and mean.
