I have had trouble with most dental facilities...wether it was getting an appointment, or having a "do it all dentist!" I was in the area for work and had severe pain for broken tooth. I called their office and was told by the friendly, helpful receptionist to just come in. I arrived, filled out a few papers and got right in! Dr St. Dennis was able to remove my tooth quickly with minimal pain! Ive got a lot more work to do, but she has gained my confidence and I will be using her expert services to complete all my dental issues! Thanks to all at Willow Dental for a great experience..and yes, this great review was after a tooth extraction!

The entire staff here assisted me with all of my needs and concerns. Dr. Tracy and her staff were the utmost in professionalism and courtesy; explaining what each step would be, to ensure I was comfortable in every procedure. In addition to this, the staff also worked with my insurance company direct, to show me how to maximize my benefits! Top to bottom, the service I received was amazing, I felt the staff here was truly driven to make the experience as easy as possible.

I highly recommend Willow Lake Dental. Dr. Tracy and staff are fantastic people. I had two cavities filled last Friday and a couple things stood out to me: 1. The dental chair was really comfortable. 2. The novocain injection was painless - Dr. Tracy has some serious skill. 3. I dont usually write reviews, but the overall experience was outstanding and I was compelled to write a review. Thanks Dr. Tracy and staff, my teeth are 100% fixed and they feel great!

It was a miracle - my 3 year old daughter, who has never been to the dentist, let Ashley at Willow Lake Dental do a full cleaning of her teeth! Dr. Tracy and Ashley gave us some easy tips to keep our daughter interested in brushing her teeth at home. Its hard to make that good of an impression on a little kid - I credit both Ashley and Dr. Tracy for their kid-friendly approach. We had a great experience at Willow Lake Dental.

i recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I set up an appointment for my semi annual cleaning and was able to get in on one of my days off. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff from the front desk to the hygienist. Dr. Tracy was also friendly and easy to work with.
