I walked in with my prescription and found a pair of glasses that I love (after searching for weeks!). Unfortunately they were the only store in the city that doesnt want my money. They said that if I would have come there for my vision screening they would have gotten to know me and would been willing to work with my insurance, but because they have found my insurance provider to be difficult to understand, they didnt want to help me. I wasted my entire lunch break trying on glasses and was ready to pay any difference in cost to get the frames I loved. I have been to Pearle Vision, Eyeglass World, Visionworks, Sears Optical, and at least 3 other optometrists who all called my insurance provider to confirm what my benefits covered, but I was still searching for that one special pair of glasses.The people at Queen City werent even willing to call my insurance provider so that they could understand what my policy actually covers!!!!!!! I would not recommend them to anybody.

This place is great. I previously had a bad experience at another optometrist so I was in search of a new optometrist to get me back on track. Dr. Tran put me in a new prescription and was great about explaining everything along the way. I then realized I was stuck with several boxes of contacts that were no longer the right prescription from the previous provider. Dr. Tran went out of her way to exchange my old contacts for new ones. The whole staff was very helpful. I highly recommend Queen City Eye Care.

I started seeing Dr. Tran at Queen City Eye Care this past year. She is the BEST eye doctor Ive seen in all my years as a glasses wearer. She consults with my cornea specialist to ensure Im getting everything I need. She acts as though she has all the time in the world for you instead of rushing patients through like a factory! I highly recommend her and her amazing staff for anyone looking for eye care! Absolutely the best in Springfield!!!

If you have dry eye issues, then Dr. Tran may have the answer for you. She is friendly, energetic, and professional. She really cares about her patients and works hard to find the best solution for them. Plus she has a great staff as well. I will recommend her for sure!

Best eye care I have ever had...Dr Tran takes her time , gives a great exam. Most places i have been to its in and out in little time she showed me pictures of my eyes and love the frames i was able to choose from highly recommend her to my family and friends.
