I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received from them. I was in a pickle and ran out of contacts and was asking for a spare to get me by. They were very unwilling to help in any way and were very rude on the phone. Do not waste your time going here!

I recently saw Dr. Bachmeier at the W St Paul Eye Clinic. I had a wonderful experience. My visit started with Valerie, who took a detailed history and was so patient with my aversion to eye drops. This is a wonderful clinic with compassionate and professional care.
