Ive been using chiropractic to augment my self maintenance for my whole adult life. For me the trick is to get a chiropractor who is not lacking confidence but has good judgement, a good feel for issues in the spine that need attention, and who LISTENS to the patient. My experience the past year and a half or so with Dr. Samantha and the staff has been great. The Dr. and I have a good rapport and comfortable relationship. She does very good manipulation/adjustment and advises about other home therapy techniques, or other treatments that might be helpful without being pushy or bossy. Its cooperative I guess Im trying to say. I tell her where I feel some tension or discomfort and she addresses that as well as the other things she can feel when examining. The walk-in approach versus appointments (that other doctors cant keep on time with) fits the needs of my schedule in so many ways I cant appreciate it enough.The staff is generally great too and it all really fits what I feel I need from chiropractic in my life. Thanks Dr. Samantha and crew!

My wife was turned away at 5:50pm because shes a new patient (they normally close at 7). Her neck had been hurting her all day. Normally, she just pushes through the pain, but today was especially bad. Adjustments had helped her before, so she called the Joint to schedule an appointment. They mentioned they dont take appointments, but did NOT mention anything about new patients having to arrive before 5:45. When we arrived at 5:50, we were told there wasnt enough time for us to complete the paperwork, have a consultation, and get an adjustment before they close. There was no one else in the waiting room. They said wed need to arrive before 5:45 for there to be enough time (again, they close at 7). Had they told us this one the phone or had it been posted on their website, I would have left work early to take her in. Because they didnt my wife is still in pain.

Dr. Sam and team are amazing! It is so low-stress and easy to get adjusted here. Great atmosphere and the doctors listen to you and genuinely care. I love the hours and convenience. I recommend The Joint Cottleville to all my friends and family! Always feel great after getting adjusted here.

Dr. Sam and staff are always pleasant and grateful for my business. Im pretty big, and not many chiropractors are strong enough to get me straightened out, but Dr. Sam is the best I have used, and reasonably priced, as well.

Everyone there is awesome and friendly from the front desk staff to the doctors. For the price of ONE chiropractic visit (with my insurance copay), I get weekly adjustments at the Joint. Well worth it!

You need to go see Dr. Sam if you are in any kind of pain. I am a bigger guy and she is able to really adjust me regardless of my larger size. She is very strong. She does an excellent job.
