If I could give more stars, I would! Nurse Practitioner Myles St. John is one of the most amazing providers I have ever been able to stumble across. And let me tell you, I have had more than my fair share of doctors. He is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, HELPFUL, and goes above and beyond what any doctor has ever done for me. He actually takes the time to LISTEN and makes sure we are both on the same page. I have never met a provider who has taken the time to actually help me, instead of making me feel like I am just one more paper to push. He was originally at the Bozeman location, but moved to the Belgrade location. I am following him to the new location because he is worth it. The Bozeman location is horrible. I will give everyone that. Going to the Belgrade clinic was a great experience! The secretary staff are super nice, courteous and FAST!!!! (not like the Bozeman location) I had an emergency and Roxy was able to fit me in and saved the day! When I arrived, I had the pleasure of having nurse Kaleena and she was absolutely WONDERFUL! Made me feel at home and at ease. I went in there crying tears of pain and hopelessness and these folks made me feel so much better! I actually left with a smile on my face and an awesome IronMan sticker, (yes i am an adult.) All in all, GREAT experience! I will keep going to them for any medical concerns I have and will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I called today to try and make an appointment for my adult son and they refused to let me make the appointment. I was told since he is of age (over 21) he would have to call and make the appointment. When they asked why he wasnt calling, I explained that he was at work and it was difficult for him to use the phone. Seemed odd to me, Ive worked in doctors offices for many years before retiring and never heard of this. Im wondering why and what the new rule is?

Is there a choice to give them less than one star? Too many bad experiences too mention. If you have a choice, DO NOT go there. I am looking for another place to go. They have NO CLUE what they are doing, none of them do. They continue to mess things up, they do not listen, they do not get back to you on test results. All in all they suck. I do not have a single good thing to say, only they shouldnt be in business.

Absolute train wreck !! I called about a side effect 3 times and finally talked to a person on the fourth day, then called 3 times to reschedule the follow up..... same thing, didnt talk to a person until the 4th call. All the community health partners are affiliates, so going to a different town still supports them. Ill never go back!!

Very unprofessional. Can hardly understand the people that work at the Belgrade office. Takes forever for them to respond at the front window. I would not visit here again if I was dying and they were the only people to help me. I would recommend if you need to see a doctor, go to zip clinic down the road or the er.

Horrible.....got there an hour early, checked in, and waited 30 mins past my appointment time. Unprofessional to say the least. Also, it would be nice to understand the receptionist. Very broken english.......
