I will start with I never had any problems with the Dr. Ramen. She was amazing. However, the staff was unprofessional. I had scheduling conflicts where they would say my appointment is one day, I would show up and turns out it wasnt that day and I had a no show fee because I miss the appointment. This happened more than once. They also wouldnt budge on the fee because "I should keep track of the appointment dates" The front end staff was not friendly at all, was way overcharged and never had consistency with pricing. Unfortunately, I had an insurance that they would have to bill and I would pay my portion later. I never understood why a visit to the doctor that should be a $30 visit at most on my part ended up being $100 if not more. They couldnt explain it either. Its very unfortunate because the doctors we had interactions with were great.

This Place is a joke. They mislead you with price of the appointment you pay there and then you get a bill in the mail for more. I paid one price one day, three days later to just check-in on the condition I was then charged more then double. This place is only concerned with charging you. There is no real concern on your childs care,...there front office is rude I agree with Jason V. and there are no toys in the waiting room and this is a pediatricians office. Oh and there floors are dirty. Very unhappy

The doctors are wonderful however in the 4 months Ive been going to Summit Pediatrics, they have had two scheduling conflicts - said my appointment was on a certain day, I arrive on said day and then am told its on a different day. Stressful when you have a newborn.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Will never refer them again. 10 years of being with them and we missed one "1" appt. And they refused to see us again!

My kids no longer dread going to the doctors office since going to Dr Mathews office. He really knows how to be work with children.
