My family & I have been coming here for about 10 years with our dogs & cats. All of the Drs are great there wiling to get right down on the floor with a big dog who wont/cant get up on a table anymore. Ive since moved and have taken my dog to a vet near us, we had an emergency (possible torn ACL) on a Sunday morning, having been a client there but not that pet they where able to squeeze him in and get him looked at until we could get him in for knee surgery, most recently my beloved family cat had to be put down and although they where booked a few weeks out they where willing to let us come right before closing to put her down, which I prefer since she loved going to home vet and we didnt want to take her somewhere she didnt know. Thank you to all of the Drs & techs

These doctors are so amazing. They are patient and very knowledgeable. My cat had really complicated and rare issues and these doctors worked with us until we found out what the problems were. Best of all, their services arent extremely expensive. For a young adult right out of college they are very reasonably priced considering all of the tests that we had to do for my cat. Also, they are very good at handling him - he is a large breed and is VERY temperamental, especially when touched, let alone the stress of him being at the vet. So far hes been very behaved in the presence of the vet and the vet techs. All around, this place is amazing. I moved to a different town, but I still make the trek to still come to Home Vet. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Home Vet is all-around the best, smartest, most caring, trustworthy, detailed companion animal medical center. Over the past 30 years, Ive been to numerous vets with my familys cats and dogs prior to a friend recommending Home Vet when I moved to Monmouth County. The team there is compassionate, honest and realistic about care and expectation management. Its criminal how other offices are opportunistic and prey on pet owners emotions to increase their income. Home Vet has built a impeccable reputation among everyone I know by taking a long-term approach to care. Along with traditional medicine, they offer holistic options when appropriate or requested. I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Beverly Drozd and her top-tier team of professionals.

I am so happy I found Home Vet, 4 or 5 of my co workers highly recommended Dr. Drozd. She was absoultley amazing. I cant say enough good things about this vet. All the staff & doctors were very caring and had a passion & love for animals. We have a greyhound and an Italian greyhound she has done wonders for them. The prices are very reasonable. I also have Sphynx cats and it is very hard to find a vet that is knowledgeable with the breed. A tech that works there has one, and they have a couple that come in. Anyone who owns a sphynx knows the importance of a vet that is familiar with the breed. I felt such a relief once I found out they know the breed. Home vet is the best vet in New Jersey period. I highly recommend them to all pet owners!

Love Dr. Drozd and her staff! I have ben going there since I rescued our Dog, Scruffy, almost 2 and a half years ago. Scruff has been one issue after another, and she has helped all the way along!! I also love that Dr. Drozds doesnt go with the most expensive and extreme "fix" first, she is great about giving us all the options and starting out slow (unless it is an extreme situation). I recommend her to everyone! Even Scruffys foster family started taking their dogs to Dr. Drozd after hearing how great she was to Scruff (and they up the turnpike a bit). My other girlfriend changed vets also, after trying her practice. I have used other Vets in the area with my past dogs, I will never change again!

BEWARE - VERY CARELESS --- not sure if its fair to leave my rating a few years after my BAD experience with Home Vet. but I think its important for Pet parents to know. After trying everything to stop my kitty from scratching, I had no choice but to have the front claws removed, I took her to home vet since I lived near by, and what a mistake!!!! the stupid doctor could not count to 10 because "she" only removed 9 of the claws, I had to bring my poor kitty back to have the forgotten claw removed. Really careless mistake!! Never went back. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Friday, we had to put our dog down after 14 and a half years. We have been bringing him here since the day we got him. Your best friend is in good hands here. Dr. Drozd Rocks! She has been his vet the entire time, and I wouldnt have thought of bringing him anywhere else. They also made saying goodbye to him very peaceful. They truly care, and I want to thank Dr. Drozd and the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism.

I live near Asbury Park and drive past likely 20 veterinarians to bring by pets to Dr. Drozd for a reason. She is the best, smartest, most experienced, engaged, and trustworthy physician. She is fluent in the most contemporary treatments - holistic and traditional. I would trust her with my own life. I cant recommend HVS more emphatically.

Dr. Drozd is courteous, honest, and doesnt overcharge. The office is clean and the staff is very helpful and patient. Also, Drozds bedside manner with both the pets and their owners is exceptional. I was so sad to move away... I can only hope the new vet is 1/2 as amazing. If youre in the area, go here!

I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and did not listen. My dog has a terminal disease, you would think their employees might have some compassion rather than not listening and then telling me what they cant do while sounding happy about it.

Dr Drodz is amazing!!! Love this office! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and truly cares about the animals! My entire family take our pets there and I recommend her to everyone I can! I moved to Brick a few years ago but still bring both of my dogs to the office!!
