many friends suggested taking my young kitten here to get spayed and vaccinated.. and I read nothing but great reviews. So this morning upon picking up my fur baby I was asked to pay a different price which was the 3rd different price my husband and I were told. which is no big deal because my girl needed top be taken care of. I was told upon picking her up that her bed was covered in "flea dirt" which is flea poop and I know 110% my girl did not leave home with fleas or flea dirt because she is an indoor cat that I treat and care for often. after calling this woman and her rudely insisting that my cat mustve gone in the with the fleas but also stated that the am ount of " fle poop" would leasd her to believe that this amount of fleas would be very noticeable if I were to have fleas at home. so needless to say she did not offer to treat my cat for the fleas that came from this facility. I will NEVER bring any f my pets back here nor would I suggest bringing your inside for buby to these people! I will be bringing my cat and kitten else where for 2nd round is distemper and for kitten to be fixed. absolutely terrible experience and the only reason why one star was provided was because I could not proceed without giving at least one star.

This is my first time writing a review for anything. i just felt that i had to put in a good work for this doctor. I had put off getting my 1.5 year old Boston Terrier for months because i was so frightened by the thought of her being put under. East Coast was completely understanding of my worries and very helpful. I picked up my pup the very next morning and she was happy pup! it has been about three weeks since her surgery and she is all healed up! Some of the reviews on here seem far fetched from the experience i had and i am not easy to please. Drs office was afordable, professional and very helpful. I will be going to East Coast for all of my pets!! Thanks so much!

BEWARE!!!!! I would put zero stars if possible. My kitten ended up catching FIP virus from them. I thought nothing of it after altering him, just thinking his strange was coming from that. Unfortunately he ended up catching this incurable virus and had passed way. Not only has my kitten passed away but the service was terrible. The lady at the front desk was decent the other two working in the back were disgusting, where I am sure my kitten was mishandled because I heard him cry when I had gone back to pick up. Ever since his visit there he wasnt acting the same. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU CARE AND LOVE YOUR CAT DO NOT BRING THEM THERE!!

As others put "least expensive clinic to have your animal fixed". I also agree with the comments of a "strong odor" just in the waiting area and with the cats walking around. The roaming cats DID have fleas on them and my two cats that were fixed came home with an extreme infestation in their fur. It took approximately 9 months to totally get the fleas gone and these are indoor cats. The cost to get rid of the fleas offset the savings of the cheaper spayings. Staff is pleasant but not overly friendly as I dont think Id have a smile jacked from ear to ear if I was stuck for hours in an office that reeked that bad.

Took my dog here and Im extremely allergic to cats, they have cats walking everywhere sitting on the waiting chairs on the counter rubbing up on you had the worst Attack Of My Life there how can someone just let cats free roam knowing that people could be allergic that come in, cage your goddamn animals and be proper business people

The woman at the front desk short and kind of rude , my cat was neutered there and went in without fleas and now has fleas which now my dog has them , the price is great wish it was cleaner and nicer staff

If you can get past the strong animal smell and dont mind cats roaming around, its a great place--at an affordable price--to get your dog/cat spayed or neutered with a friendly & knowledgeable staff.
