I absolutely LOVE this animal hospital. I was new to the area and had just adopted a new puppy and all the doctors and the staff were always so helpful with any questions and scheduling appointments. One time my dog got a tick bite and I was not sure how to remove it one of the doctors saw me without a problem and didnt even charge for the visit. As far as the women up front they are my favorite I always have to come with two small kids and its hard with a large dog so they are always so helpful and one of them actually helps me get the dog in the car. The best staff Ever. Thank you all!!!!!!

Always courteous - great with our two dogs - never an issue. We moved here from another area vet simply because it was very difficult getting appointments at the other vet (they were great otherwise). Greenwood Lake has not disappointed once, even when its for something as simple as needing copies of vaccinations because Im scatterbrained and misplaced them. Yes, they are busy, but the wait is never very long. They also understand that I have a fearful dog and accomodate us almost immediately. Good with pets and people alike, highly recommend.

I called the hospital 2 times with the request for puppy vaccination pricing. The receptionist was not familiar with the names of vaccines and was not able to give me the information. When I called the second time, I was told they do not have time to talk to me. This is a very unusual way of dealing with a potential customer who will never become a client. I have 6 animals they will be losing seeing and being paid. This hospitals customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Took in my cat who had an abcessed tooth. They examined her and took blood to see if she was a good for gas. They gave me anti-biotic and charged me $211. AND THEN gave me a sheet of what it would cost to remove her tooth and it was est. $700.00 AND they said it could be more if more then one tooth had to come out! Look, I love my cat - but why is it when I go to the doctor it only costs me $90. and if I get a tooth removed its maybe $250. They cost way too much!

By far this is the best place for all your pets! Exceptional care and medical attention by Dr. Stung - if only human health care was as good as the team at Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital! They really have a passion for animals (and their owners) and it shows! Worth the trip from any destination. Thank you all :)

Ever since we started going there about 5 years ago our pets have been cared for with such love. With a friendly staff, experienced and knowledgeable doctors who treat both humans and animals with respect I would recommend Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet.

We called because our Cat would not move. The cat had only been seen there once when our daughter had it. This was an emergency and we were told "No Appointment, NO SERVICE" If you value your pets - take to Ringwood or West Milford Animal hospitals. This place is NO GOOD
