I only gave them 3 stars because its very difficult to find vets who will crop ears with the ridiculous belief that ear cropping is purely cosmetic, and this office does many breeds., That being said... Being from NY, I was given the phone number to this office for a schnauzer ear cropping. When I finally received a return phone call, the office assistant was rude, and abrupt. I was told that I would have to look online at their past photos, and to just google us" when I asked for the website and being from NY with just thier phone number I explained this to the lady and she was almost annoyed that i would need more information to "just Google us" I then proceeded to explain to her that I do not approve of the mainstream Schnauzer cropping and have always done a boxer crop, and does her office do boxer crops. To this, the woman abruptly replied that they do the boxer crops but their schnauzer crops have bigger bells then most and that is all they would do. At the price they asked and with her rudeness, this seems to be a cookie cutter vets office where the pet owners opinion is not taken into account, and they only do what they want to do on specific breeds. I dont have patience for rudeness and am not about to attempt getting a style I want from an office that could care less. Good Luck.

Where do I start , I called this place to get a consult for ear cropping . My appointment was at 5:30 I drove an hour and arrived at 5:21 as I walked to the door someone opened it and said can you wait outside, we have a big dog in here. Fine I waited outside when I got inside I gave her my paper work she requested I bring, she never introduced herself to me and spoke to me from the front desk. Once in the room she never greeted my dog or seemed happy to see him as some vets normally do. She made excuse after excuse about why she wouldnt do my dogs ear cropping She was very short and rude . Please dont waist your time driving to this place to see this rude lady its not worth the drive .

Best Vet in the Northeastern PA/NJ region. My Doberman has been to Sophia as a puppy for ear cropping, and she is the only vet that I trust with my best friend. He turned 7 this year. I live in PA, over 2 hours away. We have a local vet 15 minutes away who we usually go to for emergencies or other pets. As well, there are many more in the area that we could go to...but when I bring my Doberman to Millstone I know he is with an extremely experienced Vet. I recieve knowledge back about my dogs health in a general checkup that other vets miss...or fail to mention. Millstone is the only hospital I trust for serious events with my Doberman, who has a large tract record of Vet bills.

Extremely rude.. not the staff the vet herself. I called to ask about cropping prices never received any calls back (that Im aware of) I told the staff that and when I spoke to the vet I received a very nasty attitude about not having a voicemail set up. I tried to say sorry for not having one and was told "no"If shes gonna talk to a possible client that way Im sure as heck not going to let her touch my puppy.

Fantastic crop on my Doberman, Krieger. Very impressed! Dr. Koster isnt warm and fuzzy and isnt going to "Baby talk" to your dog. But she 100% knows her stuff. My dog had broken a toe and she spotted it in seconds. I trust her implicitly with my dog.

Best ear cropping in the Nj area. I got my two American bullies done here and Dr. Kosher exceeded my expectations. Shes a true master in her craft. I highly recommend her.
