Our experience with Dr. Ibrahim and staff was a positive one, even though it was on an emergency basis, they were truly compassionate and caring! From Karen who answered the phone, and stayed by our dogs side, while Dr. Ibrahim made sure our Bijou (Japanese Chin) was made comfortable, we are truly thankful! ! We all knew that Bijous time was close at hand, but Dr. Ibrahim made it possible for us to bring her home to New Hampshire. Sadly, on Monday, February 1st, Bijou passed over the Rainbow Bridge at Kindness Animal Hospital in New Hampshire, she is at peace now! ! We are truly thankful to the entire staff for their care and support in Bijous time of need!!

If you want to be abused by the Office Manager, Sunny, feel free to go to this office . She is the worst person that I have ever seen to talk to about your pet. In my opinion she just want to prove herself right and it seems the she does not care at all about the animals. It took this place a week to contact me to let me know that my dog has the Parvovirus., they said they tried to contact me for a week. I did not receive a miss call or a message from them. If you love your pets as I do, go somewhere else. I will never go to them again!!!!!!!!!!

Vet was pleasant enough, but should disclose the cost of the extra eye drops given during the exam. Its not good business when you are hit with a laundry list of charges at the end of your visit which was intended as a "goodwill visit" to begin with but then left me feeling ripped off at the end. I can also say that my cats eyes are looking better, thank you, but I will not be returning for any follow up visits.
