Go here at your own risk! This dental practice was stellar under Dr. Dodd when it was Exceldent. When it was bought out by Great Expressions shortly after Dr. Dodd retired, the quality significantly went down. If you do decide to begin treatment with the newly named Great Expressions, do not plan on moving EVER or having any other life changing event that will cause you to transfer the continuation of your treatment to another doctor. Unfortunately I am currently having this experience with them and the way they have handled the transfer to my new doctor has been extremely stressful and duplicitous. I am an Invisalign patient with about 1 year left of treatments. I am paid in full to Great Expressions for my Invisalign trays and doctor services. Since I am not completing my treatment with Great Expressions, I am requesting reimbursement for the doctor services portion of the treatment that has not been rendered thus far. I requested this directly from the Great Expressions office location at the time the doctor transfer was requested and the corporate headquarters after not being able to obtain my remaining Invisalign trays directly from the Great Expressions office location. They have responded to me with 2 options: • Stay under their care - this option is being suggested after they already participated in the successful transfer of my records with the intent to deliver the trays to my new doctor. • Pick up my trays and waive my rights to any future reimbursement. • If I do not agree to either of the above two options, Great Expressions informed me they will not release my trays to either myself of my new doctor. At the end of the day Great Expressions wants to get paid for NOT rendering any services and is hijacking my continued treatment elsewhere by holding my trays hostage until I agree not to seek financial reimbursement. Do you really want to patronize an establishment that is insensitive and duplicitous to their patients? Isn’t this contrary to the mission statement of any successful medical practice?

I LOVE THESE LADIES IN THIS OFFICE. VERY PROFESSIONAL CARING & COURTEOUS!!! I GOT WORK DONE YESTERDAY AND THE FIRST THING I THOUGHT ABOUT WHEN I LEFT WAS THEYRE THEME SONG SHOULD BE "THE WEEKEND- I CANT FEEL MY FACE" HAHAHA I COULDNT FEEL MY FACE THE ENTIRE DAY AND I LOVED IT!!!!
