I started liking this place, but ended up hating it so much. I moved out of state while approaching the end of my treatment, but decided to come back for the last two appointments. NB office scheduled my last visit at another office, due to the doctors schedule. I took a 5hour train ride to come for the appointment ,only learned that the doctor was not here! Apparently the doctor had this day off, and NB gave the other office a WRONG cell number to let me know the appointment is canceled. Its outrageous; and when I contacted this office, they told me they filed all the information correctly and this has nothing to do with them now. Is brighter dental care supposed to be a whole network?! Im requesting to get reimbursed, at least for the hideous expensive trip! Its not the doctors fault, and the staff was helpful in terms of finding help for me when I showed up for the appointment. But while I was talking with NB office, they simply pushed me away since its out their hand and therefore not their business anymore. Courtesy!

I came to Brighter Dental Care for a second opinion after being told I had a gum infection requiring an immediate $6,000 surgery (and yes, that was AFTER factoring in my dental insurance). Not knowing any better, I was all ready to fork over a few months rent and go through a painful and invasive treatment. Thank god I came to Dr. Singer. After performing the same tests as the other periodontist, he concluded that all I needed was a good cleaning. My gums are now completely healthy, and me and my bank account are incredibly grateful. The entire staff is personable, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Every experience Ive had there has been completely comfortable and enjoyable. Did I just say going to the periodontist is enjoyable? Whatever, it is! For the first time in my life I do not get anxiety about going to get my teeth cleaned or looked at. If you have any fears about going to the dentist or periodontist, go to Brighter Dental Care. You will not regret it!

I wouldnt recommend this office because even though I had an appointment I waited two hours because they forgot about me. I had to ask the receptionist why other patients that came after me were being seen and she said oops. On top of that, I had scheduled an appointment that day to fill my chipped tooth and the dentist who saw me just had the assistant take an xray and told me I had to schedule another appointment to actually do the filling. I told the receptionist when I had originally scheduled the appointment I had chipped my tooth and needed it fixed asap. The longer I wait, the worse my tooth would get. They purposely make you come back in as many visits as possible so they can bill your insurance more money. They dont care about the health of your teeth or fixing it so it doesnt get worse. They just want to make as much money as possible by prolonging your treatment plan as long as they can.

My husband went to the north brunswick office. they told him he had a cavity that required some type of surgical procedure on the gum and that they had to check if the insurance would cover it. he had some other regular cavities as well. well they told him they would call him when the insurance answered them. months went by and no call, no nothing! they didnt even bother to fix his other cavities. it seems that they just didnt want to help him at all. we got tired of just waiting so we decided to try another dentist, and they needed the records, xrays etc. brighter dental charges us 28 dollars to give us the record and we still have to wait 7 to 10 days! which i know they will not call us well have to call them. not worth dealing with that office.

My experience was a total waste of my time. Made an appt to see the endodontic, which was not there, to have a stubborn root canal performed. All my information was given at the time the appt was made. 3 x-rays were taken by an assistant. Dr. Stein looked at them, said there was nothing the endodontic could do. Said he would not drill thru my bridge. The tooth in need of repair, is not under the bridge! I think she looked at some elses x-ray, because had she looked in my mouth, she would have seen that. I was told to return to my original dentist and said we were done here. I sure hope I dont receive a bill for this.

I wouldnt recommend this practice especially this office. Their office is pretty messed up. I was a patient at their Princeton office and I called for an appointment in this office sometime in early December. They said, they need to talk to folks in Princeton office first to get the docs transferred. No response, its been a month and a half and I called them back today to learn someone dropped the ball. And still they cant do anything for me until next week. Go find another practice, these guys dont value your business.

I came to this specific Brighter Dental for wisdom teeth removal. Although I left with no dental complications, I was appalled by their customer care. I waited in the room for 50 minutes. Once the surgeon arrived, she was very rude. She used arm and leg restraints instead of explaining the procedure because I said I feel nervous around needles. The office also forgot that I needed a post-op appt until I called and asked. Other Brighter Dental facilities are far more professional!

Pleasant experience from getting appointment over phone to first visit to the clinic. Warm ambience and staff. Did not have to wait long before guided to exam room. X-Ray and BP taken. Wish there was a provision to do history online. Dr. Anjati went about the treatment plan in detail. Showed me with the help of X-rays that I need both deep cleaning and surgical one as teem bones receding. So far very pleased. Chose this facility for my family too.

Doctors and Staff at Brighter Dental were caring, professional, and answered any questions and concerns I had. In addition to this they also provided reassurance and informed me about the procedure to my satisfaction. I saw one of the nurses outside the office a couple of hours later and she very kindly asked how i was feeling and answered some additional questions I had. Great service, Great staff. Definitively recommend.

Dr Stein is the official dentist of the Devil. She has to be. She is rude, rude rude rude. Why would someone go to a butcher like that to treat your teeth ? Please stay away from Dr Stein, if I wanted to write about my poor experiences it would be a 5 page long post. I requested to be seen by another Dentist here who has very nice, but they forced Dr Stein on me. Please stay away from Dr Stein.

Went in for a crown after like 6 different appointments and all kind of charges do my insurance the Dr broke my crown the crown doesnt fit properly I dont know what kind of doctor they have working there was terrible experience I would never recommend this place. I know they want to pay their medical school bill off but having me coming back 6 different times is wasting my time.
