My family and I have been going to Donna Vagnozzi-Bucci Denistry and Spa since the 90s. We were always told nitrous is not covered by Aetna Ins. We had to pay cash at end of visit. Well, to make a long story short. I just found out that Aetna does cover it and they have since at least 2010. When I spoke to a superviser at Aetna, I was told the Dr, Vagnozzi can still get reimbursed for the past 27 months, which she agreed to submit. Her receptionist left me a message that the Dr. was not going to reimburse me for what she cant get from Aetna.She herself has never even called me. They said it is the patients responsibility to know whats covered by insurance.(my lawyer said it is there responsibility) I used to have $100.00 bills after my appointments. And this includes my wife and 2 kids for almost 20 years. So because they made a mistake does not mean you get to keep our money. If it was an accident, well now that you learned it is covered you need to make things right,you dont get to just keep our money. If anyone reading this is a patient of theres has Aetna Ins. and has been paying cash, you should call them right away. I feel that if Dr. Vagnozzi excepted my money for all those years and now finds out she made a mistake and says Im not giving any back to you, that is outright stealing. And if its a few thousand for me and my family, think how much that would add up to from all her Aetna patients.This started 2 months ago, and this week I asked the office manager if she has contacted all her other Aetna patients, she said no. Obviously We will never go back to her. I have gotten an attorney and will keep you up to date on all proceedings. Dont let her keep your money. Contact me and join in my law [email protected]

Last year I had to have my front tooth pulled due to a serious infection that had arisen in the roof of my mouth. Dr. Vagnozzi took time to think of any way possible not to pull it, but alas it had to be extracted. This was in January of 2012 and I was getting married in June! I was so upset and distraught but Dr. V and her office of superheroes did everything they could to prep my mouth for the wedding. They made me a beautiful flipper and even changed the crown next to it to match! By the time the wedding came around, one really had to look closely to see wasnt my tooth. Finally the day came where I received the implant and it looks beautiful. There is no group of people I would trust more with my teeth than Dr. V and Associates. They continually go out of their way to fit me in, schedule me so that I can get more than one thing done at a time, and just make me feel like part of the family. The journey me and my front tooth was a long one, but they were with me every step of the way physically, as well as emotionally. I have never been more comfortable and happy to visit the dentist! I have a very real and serious phobia of dentists and dentist offices. People who have this fear will be able to relate. With that in mind, I have to say Dr. Vagnozzi-Bucci and her staff are OUTSTANDING! She recently replaced and added some new fillings. She and her staff put me at ease. They explained what was going on, gave me updates (half-way done), and were incredibly caring. If youre afraid of the dentist, this is the place for you! Tell them when youre afraid when you call up, and they will make every dentist experience pleasant! A real plus is they have dental techs who are qualified to administer nitrous during routine cleanings! A huge plus for me as I freak out a little when people get close to my face with sharp objects. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTAL TEAM AROUND! I am way more proactive about going to the dentist now, because I am not terrified to walk in the door!

Tremendous Experience! Today was our first visit to the office. My son has fear of the dentist but the staff was incredible. They were amazing from the first phone call to schedule the appointment until we walked out the door. I still cant believe how smooth the visit went from the exam, X-rays and filling two cavities all in one visit. The offices are STUNNING, clean and extremely professional. The entire staff welcomed us and gave me regular updates on how my son was doing. I cant wait to have my first visit and try out the spa services. Dr B! Is the best! She makes you comfortable she is straight with you and she sits with you until everything is perfect! The girls are awesome! The front desk helps you with all Insurance questions and makes it painless (haha). And for the cherry on top I get a neck wrap, and a blanket! I had some real dental issues and They have worked with me every step of the way! Everything you need and more!

For example, when I needed a crown, Dr. Vagnozzi-Bucci was very thorough when explaining the process and took the time to make sure the crown fit perfect.
