Years ago, this place was called "Eye Dr" and the staff was great with little to no issues to its customers. Visionworks now comes in and destroyed everything that used to make this place great. My wife wanted to purchase frames and instead of getting a new pair, they want to give her the shelf pair. Okay, not unheard of and has been the norm at many eye centers for YEARS. Unfortunately, that pair was in horrible condition and they were charging full price. We declined it and ask for a new pair considering we are paying full retail value minus insurance coverage. We are told it will be overnighted. This was the afternoon before 4th of July. July 5th morning, they magically received a brand new pair? We check it out and sure enough its the same damaged pair from the shelf. We asked again for a brand new pair at which we are told will take a couple of weeks to come in which is fine because we went away on vacation. We come back from vacation and sure enough the lenses that we paid extra money for are badly scratched. So once again we have to wait another week or two to get glasses. On top of this, the staff and the doctor are going back and forth telling us contacts we want to purchase are obsolete, then they are not obsolete, then they are, then they are not. My personal recommendation, as well as the other reviews before me mention, stay away from this location. Calling the 1-800 number also will not do anything as the phone support blew us off twice.

Very unprofessional. Dr. Did not have time to dilate my eyes and she wanted me to como back another day mind you, there was only 2 patients in the office and it was 12 noon. First and last. I didnt even bother to spend another dollar on frames. The guy working there name Peter dont know what the heck his doing. No stars.

I didnt even want to give this a star. They are sooooo rude. Every single person there has treated me like a child and like I am stupid. They refuse to give me a prescription for my contacts and I have been trying to get it for weeks now. Avoid this place like the plague!
