I had a very bad experience with this facility. I came there is extreme pain. I could not sit or stand, thats how bad the pain was. I kept asking the recepionist when I will be seen, but she could not tell me when. I asked if I will be given preference due to my pain level over the five people that were there. I was told no, because they do not operate like an emergency room and if I did not like it, I could go to the ER somewhere else. I thought WOW what about the oath you took to give immediate attention to alleviate pain to the human race. I waited 4 hours before seeing the doctor. I was in so much pain I went down the hall to lay on the couch to rock myself to sleep. Shortly afterwards a security guard rudely approached me asking me what was I doing. I explained to him that I am waiting to see the doctor and I am in so much pain that I do not know what to do. He ten walked away. By the time I was seen for 10 minutes I was throbbing in pain. I was told that they take people on first come first serve basis. I explained my discontent with their procedures with the doctor who told me to go to the ER if I was not please. I explained to him that after waiting 4 hour to see him, I was not going anywhere. He was so rude and cold. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I had to pay $50.00 which is an ER fee instead of $15 doctors office fee. God help America. How can medical staff see someone in pain and make them suffer? WOW

It is not worth it to go to this facility unless you have all day. I could not get a doctors appointment and my doctors office recommended that I go to the Immediate Care Facility. After 4 hours, no one could tell me how much longer it would be. I was very sick and the people at the desk were very rude. I said that I might leave and go to the Hospital and they said make up your mind now. The people at the desk said that I was next, 45 minutes later it changed to there was one person in front of me, workmans comp case. Another woman also said that they told her that she was next. The excuse I got from the woman at the desk was that she had just came in. Apparently they couldnt get there story straight. To there credit the Doctor and the people in the back taking vitals were very nice. It would have cost me $100.00 more if I had went to the hospital emergency room. It would have been worth it. Honestly, it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately, the facility will suffer because of the rude behavior and the lack of consideration for the patients from the front desk employees.

Was at Kennedy last night; place was packed, people were sitting for 4 hours without being seen. One couple called other ERs to see if they were busy (they were); so we were all pretty much at the mercy of Kennedy. I asked if there was an immediate care; no one knew of one so I decided to google Virtua Express. When I called they asked what the injury was & said to get there within 10 minutes because they stop accepting patients at 8pm. I along with the other couple that was sitting in the ER both went to Virtua Express & I have to say that Im really happy we left Kennedy. My daughter was treated as soon as the paperwork was done (as was the other patient) & we were out of there before 9. I made a comment that I was surprised more people didnt follow me; the lady at the desk said that they stop accepting patients at a certain time & may have had to turn others away; depending on why they needed to be seen. I dont feel anyone was rude last night. Over all - great experience.

In less than a year, weve had a few positive experiences. Last summer, my son cut his hand, they cleaned and sutured it and he was back home in less than an hour and the suture removal was equally fast and included in the cost of the original visit! I was there for back pain and again, in and out in less than an hour. The doctors were thorough, they took their time completing the exams and recording our histories. Its much better than going to an OR where the non-acute patients can sit for hours waiting to be seen. The entire staff was friendly. Have recommended this facility to other friends and will continue to do so.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences. Ive been there a few times for various children, including the last one for a sprained ankle. The doctor we saw was FABULOUS. He was wonderful with my daughter who was very frightened. THe front desk staff were very kind, but they were professional. I definitely wouldnt say rude. The wait is always a bit on the longer side unless I get lucky, but I dont know how they operate there. If there is only one doctor, and all those people in the waiting room, it will get long! If it was something major and I would need to be seen sooner, I would go to the ER where you are triaged.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful and acted as if they hated their jobs after my boyfriend drilled a hole through his wrist hitting veins and nerves and could not move his arm and was in severe pain. he was being threatened and treated very poorly by DOCTORS and NURSES. I have never seen something like it from people whom are supposed to HELP you. he said he will NEVER return there!!!!!!!!

I went to Virtua Urgent Care twice within the past week. I kept telling them something wasnt right and both doctors were very rude and inconsiderate. Not very friendly and didnt have my best interest at heart. Go to my family doctor to find out this whole time I had strep throat and the flu. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Broke my feet on 12/25/15. Instead of a hospital in went here. The staff was very compassionate for it being a holiday and they having to work. I was very satisfied with the care I received. The staff was very clear on what my next steps were. Im sorry do many have had poor experiences. In my one visit this place was great.

Arrived on a Sunday around 11am and was seen approx. 1.5hrs after my paperwork was completed. Nurse and Doctor were excellent, and facility was very clean and seemingly organized. Front desk staff was a little cold, but all in all it was better then other "immediate or urgent" care places I have been to. Would go back.

Very disappointed with this facility. My husband & I went in for similar symptoms. Asked to be tested for strep. The doctor decided that it was not necessary and said it was just a cold. Went to another Urgent Care for a second opinion. We both had strep. What a waste of time and money going to this facility!
