The walk-in receptionist, English or Australian accent, was very very unhelpful and provided misinformation in the most condescending way about my insurance. From eye rolls to calling me a "kid who doesnt know about his insurance" and a "know it all" her behavior was very unprofessional, especially if youre in a public service field. I just wanted a walk-in, and this lady is speaking down to me about my insurance and why AGH wont accept it, when the whole time they do accept my insurance and she was just assuming without even checking for me. She made me call my insurance provider to unnecessarily make a change to my PCP when my insurance doesnt require that. When I told the insurance lady about AGHs "preference" she was confused an asked to speak to the receptionist. So I tried handing the receptionist my phone to speak with my insurance agent and the receptionist rudely refuses my phone exclaiming in a disgusted tone "I do not talk on other peoples phones". -Mam, you work in Doctors office... such a hostile response to a phone is the last thing you should be worried about.

Ive been here twice for walkin care and my father used this location for his primary care. Excellent place to go! Much better than the other "popular" walk-in medical centers that wont even take insurance, period. You have to pay those places in full and submit the visit to your insurance yourself for reimbursement.

Haha...the lady with the accent is Ms. Chis, and she is awesome. Sorry John if she doesnt sugar coat everything for you. Doctors & PAs are great, straight forward and do not over prescribe.

Had wax and water in ear. Was there 8am on July 4. Was second one back. In/out in one hour and could hear again. Friendly professional staff.

They refuse to prescribe antibiotics for sinus infections. The NP and staff were rude, not caring or friendly.
