Had to switch here due to new insurance. Saw the female doctor first, she was awful. I told her my issues, she ordered insufficient blood work- i asked for full hormonal and vitamin and cholesteral panels and she ordered about 6 INDIVIDUAL tests. I came back to see the old male doctor at the practice and told him my concern and he poo-pood me, talked down to me, and defended the crappy choices of his female counterpart at the practice. He gave me a very hard time about ordering VERY ROUTINE bloodwork. I shouldnt have to beg to be given STANDARD CARE I used to get, from a much younger, more knowledgable and nicer doctor elsewhere. The front desk staff rolls their eyes and is completely incompetent. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They make you wait in the waiting room well past your appointment time, only to be taken back into your room to be seen by a doctor and wait even longer! My time is very valuable....just like theirs! I will be finding another doctor. In fact, I cant even see the doctor, they always make me see the NP because the doctors are always booked. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I ask for a well visit and saw the nurse practitioner. We talk for 10 minutes on different health issues. I received a bill for a sick visit. I tried calling numerous times to resolve and have resubmitted. They said bill is correct, I talked about health issues. I am furious that a 100% paid well visit turned into this issue. Would not recommend this practice to anyone!

saw the nurse practitioner and was pretty much told that what i was feeling didnt make sense and then was told if it got worse to come back but with the disclaimer to not see her but ask for the doctor instead

They keep billing me incorrectly, even though Ive called them several times and asked them to fix the problem. Each time they say theyll fix it, but then they dont. I will not go back to that office.

The billing practices are awful. I was billed incorrectly and spent many hours on many phone calls trying to get it fixed. The medical staff and the reception staff are great, though.

Horrible service by a call center. Why I have to wait 10 mins on hold to make an appointment with the doctors office, no way of contacting directly.

Minor issue practitioner is ok anything else request to see dr. Otherwise you will waste your time.
